Hi, I am trying to use the “Quick Process” in an import scenario.  I am uploading a file with the SO number.  From this SO I then want to use the “Quick Process” to raise the Shipment/confirm the shipment and create the invoice.  I am unable to get this to work. Import Scenario attached.Has anyone used this successfuly?

Hello, The generic inquiry for our push notifications includes several custom fields that are only used by downstream systems. They are not really part of the account data per se. So we want our push notifications to contain these fields, but don't necessarily want changes in these fields to trigger push notifications. Is this possible? Can a generic inquiry or push notification be configured such that a notification is only sent when certain fields are changed, but not others?Thank you for your help. Best regards, Dave

I have extended a Web service End Point to include the results using instructions from https://www.acumatica.com/blog/contract-based-apis-in-generic-inquiries/. and Am using a GI as a data source with Celigo (integrator.io).  The problem I’m running into is it breaks down the GI into pages and with my  $Skip formula to chunk the data into pages. I think its because all the data is in the Detail item “Result” and it sees everything as 1 big record.  I think this because to read the results correctly I had to point the resource path to “Result”   I’m at a loss here on how to fix the issue but I’m not an expert so maybe someone here has dealt with this and can help! Thanks in advance, Greg

Hi AllCurrently, we have auto trigger customer statement to customer every month.For those over due customer , we would like to send reminder and would like to use “dunning letter send by email” May i know how to set for it?We have “tick” the “ SEND DUNNING LETTER BY EMAIL” what is the next step?Does it mean system will auto trigger to customer once the invoice is over due?  

Is there a way to retain the filters in the Calendar Board? As soon as we refresh the screen or login on the next day we need to re-apply all the filters. It would be great if these filters could be saved for a user

I am not sure if every union is like this but in the midwest they have a layoff Payoff rule. So if you are laid off a job you have to be paid when you leave the job.   In payroll with set weekly periods, there is no place to modify the check date even if it is within the period. Is the answer to set up a new calendar or am I overlooking the ability to modify the check date when a weekly period end calendar is used Thank You

Hello,     In 2020r2, we’ve had a new feature called “intercompany sales”.https://help-2020r2.acumatica.com/Wiki/(W(2))/ShowWiki.aspx?pageid=e4827607-362f-40fb-b466-303c414ee980     According to the guide, it says it can deal with “sold goods” scenario. Unfortunately, according to my understanding, it is not.       Both AR invoice and AP bill has nothing to do with Inventory.     For real intercompany goods sold, the inventory of company A which pretends to be the vendor should have qty deduction, while the company B which to be the customer should have qty increasing. And in most cases, we do real shipment. We ship goods from company A to company B. Company A do real shipment, company B do real receiving. The new feature did not take this into consideration.      So in short, can we request for a full feature of “intercompany sales”, which we can extend the PO to a SO?

Hi all,I'm trying to include an uploaded jpeg image of a stored item to be invoiced on the standard AR641000 form. I've carefully followed an example in the Acumatica S150 Reports Designer document - (See attached Training Doc1 & Doc 2, pages 30-34.). I have checked and rechecked,  but continue to get the following error.  (See Trace 1 attached).The problem seems to be with the table / table join of the Inventory Item. (See attached schema build.Any assistance would be very much appreciated.Thanks

Why do we get “You can’t delete the last link” message when we try to delete/remove an attachment on our BOM or Item?  In the screenshot we are trying to remove 10004893.pdf because the other file is the newest one.Message: You can’t delete the last link

I am using Acumatica Payroll with Construction.  I am not seeing the union benefits along with the raw hourly rate by hours being distributed to job cost jobs.  I have reviewed all the settings and do not see any action that would facilitate this process. Any suggestions. Thank you in advance

I noticed an open credit adjustment in the system and no bill to apply it to. How do I close?This is off topic . . . does anyone know how to create a weekly transaction report in Stripe? Has anyone had an experience with a government agency utilizing the customer portal to place orders? We produce and sell medical equipment to the military and are looking to simplify the ordering process but with the government’s security level we aren’t sure if they will be able to use the customer portal. I’m looking to add a "Date of Service" column to the Services > Invoice > Details grid.I'm trying to add a column on the Details tab of the Invoices screen to show the Appointment Date for charges listed on the Details tab. It pulls this information just fine on one of my reports (relationships shown on the bottom row, Left join FSARTran to FSAppointment, in the attached image), but when I duplicate this join (the FSAppointments table to FSARTran) in the Generic Inquiry for the Invoices page, the fields are all there, and it saves with no errors, but it begins generating errors for our users. Anyone know how to add a column for Appointment Date to the Details tab of the Invoices screen?I found the info (see image) for tying the Invoice to the Appointment Dates in the report file SO643000.RPX. I have a client using the product configurator and they want to roll up pricing based on the parent item and all the selected children options. This client uses discount pricing and the pricing of the fully configured item is subject to a discount which varies by customer. My client would like the pricing to rollup in the configurator such that the base item is discounted but the children are not. The issue is that the calculated price of parent item and the options essentially take on a new identity resulting in a discount on parent and children. Has anyone run into this issue before and how did you resolve it?

Do we have the ability to offer different Shipping Methods in BigCommerce that will be mapped to existing Ship Vias in Acumatica? Would this configuration through the Entities work well?Where do we map the Shipping Method in BigCommerce to the Ship Via in Acumatica?

Our implementation is such that all customers will be generated in Acumatica and pushed to BC prior to the customer logging into the BC storefront. Is it possible to push the CustomerID to BC into a customer user field? I looked into the articleHowever, it doesnt seem to allow CustomerID to be a source - nor does it seem to allow custom fields on the BC Customer object.We have some supplemental API inquiries that BC is going to do which require the CustomerID and it would be best if it were already there. Relying on the email address as a unique key when it isnt required to be unique in Acumatica doesnt seem like the right way to go.Any thoughts?
