we have been testing the PDF Annotator and have ran into a problem with it. We have found that if the extension (.PDF) is in uppercase then the annotator doesn’t recognize the file as being PDF. One of our major suppliers send their bills as PDF and the extension is uppercase. This means that they won’t show up in the Annotator.
We would would have to rename each bill for it to work. Has anyone else seen this and any suggestions on fixing this.
