Good day.I have created a new form tab(Project Sub-Tasks) with two tabs on it, BillOfQuantity and SubContractorQuotes.Both of the tabs should save and then write into the costbudget of the project it is linked to, this works fine.My error comes in when I press the save icon on the SubContractorQuotes screen. It deletes all my records that I have entered into the grid. Hello,     I’ve met a case, to make it easier to understand, below are the simple example:Item A has 2 UOMs, which is  1 Case = 50 lb, lb is the base uom and case is the sales and purchase uom.We purchased ItemA  at $50 per case, however , at that time someone forgot to put the conversion rate on item, so the IN Receipt records the item was receipted at $50 per lb. Which is wrong, should be $1 per lb. We paid vendor at $1 per lb (cost on bill) and sold to customer at $2 per lb, which are both correct.     However, as the internal profit analysis, this item shows highly negative profit, It shows every case we sold ($100), we are loosing (100-50*50) $2400, which is not true.      I already did IN Adjustment to correct the average cost of the item, from $50 to $1 per lb. The afterwards sales would get correct profit.      However, we have already sold a lot of the items on a lot of invoices, and these invoices have been closed.      We do not care too much on the profit analysis on single

Trying to figure out a solution to create shipments on multiple sales orders and print them all at once vs. going into each sales order individually and creating the shipment then using quick process. Ideas?

We are currently using icontact for sending marketing emails and are wondering if there is an integration with Acumatica that we could use to sync customer information from Acumatica to icontact? If not, does anyone know of an integration with Acumatica to another email marketing software like constant contact or mail chimp?

We are currently using Shft4Shop for ecommerce. Our partner has built a connector for us to import orders from Shift4Shop to Acumatica, but we are interested in a 2 way sync so that new customers in Acumatica will be set up in Shift4Shop and any changes to customers in Acumatica will be updated in Shift4Shop. We are checking with our partner, but I also wanted to see if anyone here knew of a service that we could use to connect Acumatica and Shift4Shop? 

Hi, I have 4 APIs, The first is POST method that posts the credentials to the CIS system and accessToken is generated(the token changes daily) which is used in the GET methods. The rest are GET methods that gets the data and imports into Acumatica. So far my code retrieves the data successful and they are in json format.How can I import this data into Acumatica?N/B The integration is permanent, not a one time thing. Data is Customer Data, Invoices and Payments.

Good day,I’ve been noticing some comments on database creation scripts such as 'sy_guid;' / 'si_autoincr;' / 'sy_boolean;', and have wondered what they mean/do.I think they might have something to do with easing things up when a DAC is generated via the Customization screen, but I’m probably completely wrong So… Does someone know what they mean, and more specifically, are there more ‘indicators’ like these that I can use?Thanks in advance.

Hello Everyone,I have created a custom inquiry screen with pagination, which will load the POReceipts by applying a few conditions.After applying the pagination code records are loaded very fast and working as expected expect the below scenario.Issue details.When I filter a grid column, it is filtering and showing only the current page records but the filter is NOT applying to all the records. Good day,I'm attempting to select multiple shipments on the Create and Print Pick Lists (SO503050) form using the screen-based API, but only the last one in the list is ever selected when performing the Process action.I'm able to populate the Header Filter section and am getting the shipments (as per the specified filters) back in the Content result.I'm also able to generate a worksheet using the Process Action, however, it only contains the last shipment that was iterated over and not the 4 shipments that are expected.Am I missing something? I'm working on customizing the landing page in our company's Customer Portal by using a Wiki page, and I need to modify the displayed HTML elements of this page based on the current user's role, as well as write the user's name into one of the HTML elements.What I'm trying to find is a way to make a call when the customer portal home page loads, to any already existing functions that would return the name and role of the current user, so that my javascript code can modify the HTML accordingly, or any other way to get this information and have it available in the backend when the user logs in.I’ve found that these codes apparently return the user’s ID and Name, in some aspx files in the Acumatica source code, but I haven’t found a way to use them in the portal’s home page, if it’s possible:PXAccess.GetUserID()Current<AccessInfo.userID>Current<AccessInfo.userName> Thanks in advance for your help!

Good Afternoon, I am looking for some assistance with creating a GI. I am using the Inventory “Issues” GI as the basis. I am trying to modify it to include information from the INTrans table. I would like to bring in the following Properties:INTrans.SiteIDINTrans.InventoryIDINTrans.QtyINTrans.TranCostThen add an additional condition to only show item that have INTran.ReasonCode of “Damaged” Essentially I am trying to create a GI that shows me the total cost/qty by site and Inventory ID of all “Damages”. Using this to begin tracking manufacturing shrink/waste. Currently I am getting error when trying to view the GI so I am sure I did something wrong with the tables and relations. Attached is the GI as it is now. Thank you for the assistance. 

Hi all, I’m looking to add UPS Ground Freight to our list of carriers/shipvia’s using the Acumatica UPS Plugin. The wiki notes carriers have various service types and lists ‘UPS Ground with Freight Pricing’ as one of the examples, leading me to believe this should be possible. Since UPS Ground freight uses a different endpoint URL for pricing and shipping, I’ve copied our existing UPS carrier that is currently working and added the freight URLs: Endpoint: https://wwwcie.ups.com/webservices/FreightRateShip Endpoint: https://wwwcie.ups.com/webservices/FreightShip I have also granted freight pricing, shipping, and pickup on our UPS account for production and have also tried this with the production URL’s. However, I keep receiving this error when doing a rate lookup:  Carrier Service returned error. 9371000:Invalid Freight Shipping Request Document Does anyone know how to correct this issue? 

We successfully use the Fedex and UPS carrier plugins to very quickly create labels and do shipments.Both of the plugins are supposed to work with Customer accounts.  We have added the customer accounts on the Carriers screen.  When we ‘Shop for Rates’ on the Shipment however, no matter what we select the ‘Use Customer Account’ box is automatically unchecked and the shipment is made on our main UPS or Fedex account. Any help on where else we can investigate what is going wrong or why it is not working?   Thanks! 

Heyi would like to change a display name from a field within the attribute editorbut everytime i try to click on “Change Attributes” it shows i cant edit the attributes because the underlying field is a replacement. How can i edit it if this error message appears?i am looking since hours and cant find a solution.

Hi, I am trying to do a GI get Month-To-Date, Year-To-Dae & Prior-Year Sales totals for an inventory item. There are multiple warhouses setup. I am using the INTran table, with a condition of the item & the TranType of Invoice. If I sort the results in Site Order (SIteID), the results do show in Site order. However, if I set the grouping to be by SiteID, results are totaled correctly by do not appear in Site Order.Is there a way to sort by the grouping conditions?No grouping:With Grouping:   

Hello,     I need to get the infomation of such items:    We have qty on hand>0  And We didn’t sell for a long time like 90 days.    I can get this done by joining INsitestatus and ARTran table.        The key of my solution is that Acumatica will by default get the maximum of trandate after I group by inventoyID      And I can use a “second filter” on GI results like below to get the information I wanted. It is a solution.However， it is quite time consuming because ARtran table is quite huge.Can I replace ARtran with another table (Where I can still get the last sell date infomation and join much less lines) ? Or is there a better way to fulfill my need. 

How can i override the process button in the Process order screen(SO501000)  

We have recently upgraded our demo data to the latest 2021R1 demo data set and in Service Management, the year on all of the orders and appointments are 2022 and 2023.  Is this an error in the data from the new demo data or something else happening?
