Hello,I have added a dialog to Bills and Adjustments Screen to be able to route the documents to an assignee. See below snip: I have made the “Assignee” Required. As you can see the DAC is set to force the user to enter the assignee. Owner { get; set; }#endregion What I would like to happen is to keep this dialog open if “Assignee” is null or invalid and user clicks OK but dialog gets closed. I tried to force this by field selecting/verifying but I didn’t have any luck. How can I manage this? Is the anyway to remove the close button (X) from top of the dialog and disable the ESC key on it?

After upgrading to 2021R1, the Bank Deposit screen has become unusable. We have a not-so-large ARRegister table (few million rows). It takes about 8-10 minutes after clicking “Add Payment”. Looking through the built SQL query, Acumatica is using a STRAIGHT_JOIN on the ARRegister and the ARPayment. After capturing the query and using an INNER JOIN the results are immediate. I understand the difference between the two and using STRAIGHT_JOIN is rarely used. Has anyone ran into this issue with a fairly large db?FYI - I did un-publish customizations and I also created a ticket and reproduced the issue with support. Any other ways to create bank deposits other than import scenarios since that will just make the problem worst.

We would like to hide the AUTHORIZE button in the dialog for Create Payment on Sales Order Entry.  The button should be disabled/hidden if Payment Method ID = “CCARD”  Is this something that is possible to do? I have the code to check the payment method but I’m not sure how or even if it’s possible to hide the AUTHORIZE button when the field is updated. Thanks for any advice even if it’s just that it’s not possible to do what we want. Phil 

Hello everyone  I need your help :(( I can’t find a way to add the reference Id to my parameters in GL63CG01We want to be able to filter with the reference Id (Customer/Vendor) in addition to the Account. I added to the list of parameters but it won’t show on the screen when editing the report.  I’ve copied the same setting as the AccountCD but it’s not working :’( Any ideas ?  Thnxxxxxxxxx;  

In the Customers inquiry screen, some newly created customers are not being displayed. But if you navigate to an existing customer and search in the customer ID, the said customer appears. Is there any reasoning behind this?Thank you.

Hi, We need to update the Item Cost base on the FIFO cost method. Ex. Item A - 20 Qty with 10$ After add the Laded Cost Value for particular Item Cost, it would be 12$. Have there any possibility to update the Item cost manually? Since user already has completed the landed cost process without adding additional 2$.Now we need to update that additional 2$ to Item. RegardsNethupul  

We have hundreds of items that require Expiration Dates annually. When an Item gets close to its Expiration Date we must have the product Re-Tested. Is there a way to track Expiration Dates without enforcing Lot/Serial Tracking on items? 

I have created an import scenario for orders, but the international orders will not import.  How / what code do I need to use to allow the international zips to load (alpha numeric) and then to have Hong Kong default to 00000 (they don’t have a zip code) .This is what we are using now:  =IIf(( Len([bill-postal-code])=4), ('0'+[bill-postal-code]),(Substring([bill-postal-code],0,5)))

Looking for info on how I can create a printed form for AP bills. Ultimately, we would like forms for all bill types but looking for immediate need for a Debit Adjustment printed for so we can send to a Vendor for a Debit Request (Credit Note to the Vendor). Has anyone had any success in creating these? I am a bit surprised these are not out of the box. Thanks all!

Hi guys,we need our backoffice employees to clock their time card for internal projects such as Administration, HR, Finance. Currently the Approval Status of the employees’ time card is “Not Required”. Where should I set up the approver? Is it in “Projects → Tasks → Approvers”?By the way, could someone please tell me if there’s a course about time card that covers most of knowledge needed to use “Time and expenses” module? We would like to change a Unit of Measure UOM of an existing stock item from EA to FT (Foot).  We want to learn the proper procedure to do this.  I trust there is a simple process for this.  Please advise.

We are a general contractor with two office locations.  Each location has its own “Branch” in Acumatica.  This works great. We are about to start a new “Division” in one of our locations.  I’ll need the ability to create financials for the new division.  Should this be a third “Branch” or should I start using sub accounts? 

Hi all,I want to add a new field to the SO that the value is from the customer’s buying group. The buying group is under the Attributes. I tried to use PXDefault to search the attribute’s value. But I have a problem is I need to use fixed attribute ID. The value is not linked with the buying group value. I need to save the value to the database at that moment. Because the buying group value may changed later. Does any one knows how to do it ? Thanks.     

I am receiving an error when trying to enter an AP Bill.The Purchase Order has one line item, for a quantity of 10 pieces. All 10 pieces have been received and a receipt for the 10 has been created and released.Now when I get the invoice a few days later from the vendor, I go to the Purchase Order # mentioned on the invoice, however, when I click the “Enter AP Bill” from the actions drop down, I receive the following error: 

I want to default 4 checkboxes (Activate Project, Activate Tasks, Copy Notes to Project, Copy Files to Project) to “checked” in the Convert to Project dialog/popup on the Project Quotes page. I’ve added “[PXUnboundDefault(true)]” to the Attributes for each of those 4 items, but it only works for the two “Activate” items; the two “Copy” items aren’t affected. Any ideas how to default the “Copy” checkboxes to true? Bonus points if you can tell me how to automatically click to OK button to submit the dialog. Thanks in advance!  

I have an import scenario where i want to import transactions to Move screen. I want this to always be on the Operation that has the Work Center of “OH” this ID can change depending on the BOM for the item however the WC will always be OH is there a way to this via the import?    

Has anyone else noticed this behavior on 2020R2 and later versions?We are seeing this on a third client environment, and the second time for this particular environ.On Feb 28th Tenant 3 had a full snap shot taken and restored to Test Tenant 4.  Beginning on the morning or March 3 when a user logged into tenant 4 (or switched from tenant 3 to tenant 4) and this exceeded the 2 concurrent user limit in tenant 4... users logged into tenant 3 were logged out with the message “You have been logged out due to exceeding the number of tenants in the system.”Restarting the application, via Application Updates SM203510, seems to have resolved the issue and we plan to add this step to our snapshot process for migrating data from PROD to QA/Training environs.The same thing happened on a Snapshot done on Jan 10, and users logging in throughout the day Jan 11 received this error. Acumatica restarted the server and we had no further issues.

Like the title says, I’ve created a dialog and added a grid inside. I have an action button which will pop-up the dialog/grid just fine as long as I use a database-based DAC. Hi Team,I have one customization package with stock items screens is overrided and new tab is created.i have other customization package which has few custom fields created.Now i want to place the second package fields in tab which created in first package. How to Implement it?. 

We have an import scenario based on a Generic Inquiry data provider to automate the release of Kit Assemblies. When the import scenario is run manually (from the Import by Scenario screen SM206036) it works perfectly and releases the Kit Assembly as expected.However, when it is run using the “Prepare and Import” option from the Process Import Scenarios screen SM206035, the Release step returns an Error: Another process has updated the ‘INRegister’ record.  Your changes will be lost.We have narrowed down the issue to the ‘Release’ action.  In the screenshot below the update to the Description field is successful.  We have tried with and without the ‘Save’ operation.  We also tried creating the Assembly and releasing it in a single import scenario but received the same error message there as well.In our test example there is only a single record returned by the Generic Inquiry, so it must be somehow conflicting with itself.  There seem to be two different versions of the release action o

Maybe create a section in the Discussions Forum called Overseas Acumatica Offices and Partners. and post the contact information for each office and partner. Sometimes an overseas company has a major office or plant in the USA. Hi All,Am I missing something here, I see you can easily do mass emails (Marketing | Mass Email). But I can’t see an easy way to en mass create a load of Tasks / Appointments for members of a Marketing Campaign or Marketing Lists. Within both options you can create an activity, but it seems just for that List/Campaign but they don’t seem to have any links to the members within. Example Scenario - I have a Marketing List of 100 members, How do I easily create a Task/Appointment for all 100 people? I don’t always want to email them and want to set up tasks for users to then call them.
