Helo,     Im a newbie to acumatica. I want to add last ordered date field for each stock item. So,whenever a new order arrives i want to update last ordered date of that ordered item. How could i do that? please reply asap….

Have a customer who is asking about the role of the login user used in the Device Hub configuration site screen.   I’ve looked around a bit but can’t seem to find anything that spells out any requirements, etc. for this login user.  The customer would like to create a unique user to enter here, but are there any requirements for the user used in this screen?  Security roles, etc.  thanks.

For all field employees, the client must add every project’s work location to their Employee Payroll Settings.  After a Project/Job is completed, is it safe to remove the Work Location from the Employee Payroll Settings or will the missing work location cause issues when running any certified or payroll reports?

Helloi tried to add a status filter in a standard report to recover the values i need but the report recover a specific statusso i tried to remove all the filters , created new screen and i still get the same error its like the report still waiting for the filter value the execute you see if i created the report from scratch i don’t have any problem so is their any where else i need to check for this to work Ps: i removed the filters , Parameters and variables  thank you 

Our current credit card processor (authorize.net) requires an authorization to be above the dollar amount of the actual capture.  We have to authorize before we ship and are using the Acumatica Fedex and UPS carrier plugin to obtain our Freight Charges. What is the best way to get our Sales Order an estimated dollar amount above the actual order total, but only have the actual freight (from the plugin) on the Invoice.  We currently have found no solution that doesn’t require manually editing the Invoice.  What are other companies workflow like?  What is the Acumatica recommended workflow? Thanks!

Does anyone have a recommendation toward when to license Microsoft SQL Server per Cal verse per Core for a PCS Acumatica system.  This customer would only be hosting the Acumatica database so I would think that one Cal per instance of Acumatica would be all that is needed.  This assumes that users connect to the Acumatica web server and the server consumes one Cal as it connects to SQL.  Can someone confirm this theory or make a recommendation.  What other factors should we concider.Thanks

Pretty sure this is a bug:In the SM203525 Space Usage / List of Snapshots:Highlighted the first snapshot, which as you can see is Kirk Properties 2021-03-06. Clicked on the name, it brings up the tenant screen, but… …while it shows the correct tenant it shows the wrong snapshot, and one that doesn’t even belong to this tenant!  Dangerous, to say the least!

Curious if anyone has attempted to modify the default Receipt To and Ship From locations from the mobile app.  It does not appear the mobile platform can load these as they are from the Stock Items → Warehouse Defaults area (throws an error that it is unable to load the view “Item Settings”.  I am referring to these fields below:I have tried instead to load them from the “Warehouse Details” tab which will display the data, but it is not modifyable here.  I used a redirect to the item warehouse settings form using container action “Add Warehouse Detail” but this always wants to add a new record, not modify an existing record.  On the form there is also a pencil button which will redirect to the Item Warehouse Settings form and load the existing record.  I can’t seem to invoke this action through the mobile app though.  Anyone else come across this or have some ideas how this could be accomplished?

Hello everybody,My question is:We pay our employees the professional fees reimbursement by bank transfer (SEPA).  And we made it through another software, so we have to book the reimbursement laterly in acumatica, for example on the bank statement, it would appear 3000€ outcoming that we have to affect to 10 employees accounts (512100 Bank account to Sxxxxx employee subledger accounts).  It seems that this schema is not available under acumatica, I don’t find how to dispatch a payment and distribute it to 10 different accounts.  (as prepayment, sometime the fees bill comes later) For the received payments, check remitment for exemple, I can use the check remit account to aggregate 10 checks and got a unique incoming amount for the bank reconciliation, but I don’t know weather there is a way to do the same with the outcoming payments ? Hope you understand my issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

Our approval maps have always been employee supervisors and when we upgraded to the new version somehow its changed.  We are not able to approve time cards because there are lines that are not approved.  The only approver is the supervisor but Acumatica wont let us do that now.  Any suggestions, yes I did put in a case.  No response for 5 days to the case.

I have several detail grids with one master. Each detail has its own tab. I’m trying to access attachment contents over OData so I can pull Stock Item images into Excel. I tried PX.SM.UploadFileRevision and PX.SM.UploadFileWithData, but the UploadFileRevision.BlobData column doesn’t appear in either a Generic Inquiry or in the OData feed. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can access the raw file attachment contents? Note in these screenshots that there are 5 columns in the Generic Inquiry, but only 4 columns appear in the results: 

Could anybody help me with customization. I have an application, witch connect to acumatica with acumatica libraries: Auth, Default_18.200.001, RESTClient from here: https://github.com/Acumatica/AcumaticaRESTAPIClientForCSharp I am using it like submodules - if somesings will change on git - I always can update itI needed to add custom fields to the Project form. I did it - added fields, posted changes.After that, I created a new endpoint inheriting it from default endpoint - and the new fields became available to me when working with the Project entity. I achieved this by creating classes that inherit from api and the base model with overriding the GetEntityName() method.If I need to change the fields, I will have to create new inheritance classes.Perhaps there is some standard way to support customization fields? Hello! we have been doing our work to get our badges and have the U100 data set in a testing company to work through the training with. Out of nowhere, today, we are getting an error when trying to bring up the Customers screen. we are opening it in windows explorer, we have not modified that i know of. Our other testing companies with other data work just fine. We are new to the acumatica world and so not up to speed on how to figure these issues out. If a customer is not using standard cost, when a component is added to a bill of material, the cost is 0 unless one is manually entered, and after the component item is received into inventory and the cost is established, the cost on the bill of material is not updated. Users will base price estimates on the bill of material and when the costs are not current on the bill, there is no way to look at a bill of material and view the current cost of the item.  They must look at each component item and retrieve the cost, or create a bogus production order to capture current cost.This would increase usability and customer satisfaction.
