Is there any way to auto or manually merge cases within the case management module?

HI @ggill  There is not currently a way to merge Cases, but you can attach related cases:

 

 


@ggill - I second @kbeatty21’s solution for using the related cases tab of the case. There is an option on the “Relation Type” for “Duplicate Of”.
