Is there a way to get the Acumatica credit terms to the Shopify locations? This seems to be missing from the entities screen. It looks like there is a substitution list slot for Credit Terms, but that seems to be specific for import.

Is this what you are looking for? Retail Commerce: Syncing Payment Terms with Shopify
2025 R2 seems to have added support for payment terms.

@bwhite49 , not yet… Even in 2026R1, there will be more expanded capabilities for credit terms / payment terms sync, but only on the ORDER LEVEL, not on the customer… I’m personally confused as to why this is not done yet…

@KarthikGajendran , is it on the road map? See OG.

@bwhite49 , this is quite simple issue to work around, if the fix is needed urgently, BEFORE Acumatica adds it to their native connector.

We are currently importing directly to Shopfiy using the Matrixify app. Is that along the lines of what you might suggest?

Sorry, I apparently created this post under the wrong type (discussion vs question) so I can’t give you the best answer.

Thanks,

@bwhite49 , yes, along those lines - maybe a different tool.

But what @dsease  is saying seems to be what you actually need.

I guess I missed it. It’s definitely not there in 25R1, and I don’t have anyone running 25R2… Plus, I didn’t expect this change in the mid-year release. In this case, I’m happy I was wrong. So, all you need to do is upgrade them to 25R2.

Good news!

This customer is currently on 2025 R1, so we will need to get them upgraded. Thanks all!
