Restrict Access to vendor class

​@MarkD The method the attached article is using is related to Branch Access, which is a little different than Restriction Groups (which is what I’d recommend if you can’t do the Branch Access method) - I’d have to test this, but I’d imagine you can create a Restriction Group and only apply it to those Vendors in that specific Vendor Class (you can put it in the Restrict Visibility To field), then put ONLY that user in that Restriction Group.  The last customer I’ve done this with was on 24R2 and as of that version, you CAN’T delete restriction groups, so please advise when creating new ones.

Use the "Vendor Access" feature to create restrictions for users who can or cannot use Vendors as you want.
