I’m trying to create a report that displays a shipment’s Return Label and I believe this is the field, however, using it produces inconsistent results. Sometimes, it produces the return label, and other times produces the shipping label. Is there a way to ensure only the return label is displayed?

We are in the processe of implmentation and I am exploring the Blanket Sales Order functionality and have run into what I belive is an issue related to the “Requested On Date” on the Blanket Order Type.When creating a blanket order you can define the “Requested on Date” for the line item in the Details table (had to add this column),  however when you go to Line Details,  you can only define the “Sched Shipment Date” for each line, not the Requested On Date.      Additionally I have discovered that when creating Child Orders from the Blanket order,  the “Requested On Date” on the Child Sales Order defaults to the Current Date regardless of what is set on the Blanket Order.  I have also observed that the “Scheduled Shipment Date” on the Child Sales Order defaults to the “Scheduled Ship Date” minus the defined number of Lead Time days set on the customer record, which is how I would expect it to behave.My conclusion is that setting the “Requested On Date” and “Scheduled Ship Date” in the

Hello everyone,I've encountered an issue concerning how item descriptions are handled between the Stock Item  master and its usage within the Bill of Material module.When I update the Description of a standard Stock Item (e.g., on the Stock Items (IN202500) screen), this change is not automatically inherited by the corresponding component line item within any existing BOM. I must manually open and update the BOM to reflect the new description.Why is this the intended behavior in Acumatica? From a data consistency and efficiency standpoint, it seems logical that the BOM component's description would always reference or automatically update from its master Stock Item record.Could someone explain the design philosophy behind this apparent lack of synchronization? I'm trying to understand why this would be implemented as a feature to be managed manually, rather than an automatic system update. Is there a way to upload a bunch of old emails into Acumatica all at once? We have a bunch of old emails we would like logged in Acumatica, but we don’t see an option to upload them all at once.

I’m trying to update a customization for Modern UI. Hello,Ever since upgrading to the 2024R2 version, the credit memos created when we make a Pro Forma invoice correction are released automatically, without going through the approval map process. We did not have the issue before and the approval map did not change. Can you help me out with this please? Thanks for your help,Ariann 

What would be better structure when using the configurator in Acumatica:1.- Have a base unit “configurable part number” with multiple options.2.- Create a blank part number “model” and everything else, “base unit” + options setup as selectable options?

Is there a setting or other method to restrict item purchasing ONLY to vendors listed for an item AND marked as “active”? I’d like to be able to turn on/off the ability to use a vendor for specific parts. In this instance, we are creating the POs manually, not via automation. Currently, I can create a PO for any part and any vendor, which has led to some mistakes. Ideas?

Trying to get Vendor inventory ID added as a column under Stock items.  So the DAC and appropriate relations would need to be added to the GI. If I check the DAC references, I see an outgoing reference: But I don't see a corresponding reference in the InventoryItem DAC.

I have carefully followed all the steps outlined in the knowledge base and community posts, including: How to resolve the issue when users are unable to sign in to Acumatica Add-In for New Outlook on Windows Known issue: Starting 17th February, 2025, Acumatica Outlook Add-in may stop working Steps I’ve already completed: Upgraded Acumatica instance to the correct supported build. Enabled OpenID Connect in Acumatica. Registered the application in Microsoft Entra with redirect URI, API scopes, and permissions. Created the OpenID Provider in Acumatica with the correct Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret. Installed the new Outlook Add-in using the updated manifest. In Report Designer, I am able to change the ExportFileName to be what I want, (mostly just including the Reference number in the file name).  Which works when generating the file from the Invoice/Memo Report screen AR641000.  However, if an invoice is processed and the email template sends out to the customer, it includes the same Invoice file, however the file name is overridden. And only contains, Invoice_Memo -(9-12-2025).pdf. Is there any way I can stop this override from happening? Or some spot in the email template named “InvoiceNotification”  I don’t see anywhere that I can change this, the only Report Parameters I can put on the attachment is Document Type and Reference Number. I cannot add a line for the file name.  

looking to create a dashboard that shows the subtotal for sales to date vs last year for the entire company and also the option to break it out by branch. 

The business provides configured to order Sales Quotes to customers, There can be a number of different configurations on a Sales Quote.Due to the sales process, Sales Quotes can be in draft for up to 6 months, before they are won and converted to a Sales Order. Within this time frame, it is common for the Engineering to create new revisions for the configured items.This is issue is that on many occasions, at the time of conversion, the configuration revision on the quote has been superseded  is inactive and the configurations have to amended to activate the relevant revisions on the Sales Quote to convert to a Sales Order.Would anyone know if there is a workaround or remedy for this situation?

I’m trying to set up the Teams plugin, however, when I get to the point of signing in in the user settings and click sign in, a popup displays says that login was successful, then the user tab refreshes, without ever connecting to Teams (as evident by the lack of connection elsewhere.) I’ve attached a video of trying to login below. Is there some step we missed that might be leading to this problem?

 When Convert to Modern UI it gives error “An item with the same key has already been added.”. 

I made the Project Task as Cancelled and tried to delete the Project Task.But I get the error message " PM Error: Cannot delete Task since it already has at least one Transaction associated with it." How to find how many transactions exist for this project task and how many of those documents are cancelled or voided and what are those document numbers. Which standard report can show these details specific to a project task ? Is it possible to delete a project task when there are only voided or cancelled documents only and no active documents ?

Good morning!I have a user that claims she used to be able to approve all requests even above manager approval. It has now changed and she no longer seems to have that ability. I have not changed any of her permissions to change this. Do any of you have any ideas of what would need to be changed back so she has this right again?Thank You,Brent
