Hi All,We have usecases across clients that are coming down to the User only seeing Records assigned to a Branch he is logged into.The User has access to all Branches, but should only see Records that are (1) not restricted and (2) that are restricted to the Branch the User is logged into.Currently/natively, it seems that ACM either gives you access to everything based on the Branch Roles assigned to the User, or the User needs to only be assigned to one Branch to apply the Restriction. Using the Restrict Visibility on Master Records was our first choice until we realized that it applies on a role level rather than looking at what Branch the User is active in.restriction Groups are also applicable. Do we know if there is a workaround or other native options here to make this work? There seems not to be a good way to do the following: User works for both Branch 1 and Branch 2. (has both Roles assigned).User is logged into Branch 1. User should only see relevant Vendors for Branch 1. Onl

Has anyone seen an integration with Ramp (www.ramp.com) for Acumatica? I’ve seen an uptick in prospects looking for an integration with Ramp. This system looks to be what many start-ups are using for issuing Corporate Cards to employees. I’ve heard some people say that Ramp works with Plaid but I can’t find anything supporting that. 

We do not track serial numbers.  I read that I have to enable Lot/Serial tracking to get Receive and Put Away to work.  I have enabled it.Releasing Receipt Error:Stock Item Screen, Lot/Serial is Not Tracked:Lot/Serial Class: Purchase Order Preference: Item Class: All warehouse locations are no validation.What am I missing to configure this correctly?  Any advice would be appreciated.

I am creating a new screen and I’m trying to use the autonumber for it. i was following the below post to try to get it working. It fixed the first initial error but I am getting a new one that i cant seem to fix. Not sure how this has been vetted but significant issue with report.  It will show invoices and payments for voided vouchers instead of either excluding them from the report or showing zero in the invoice and payment column.  This is when you use the summary level and is very disappointing and incorrect way to show the data. 

what does it mean to add a negative quantity to a return for credit order type? does it removes the invoice balance or does it credit the account? please advise. 

Hello, on an invoice when a description is added it appears when statements are sent out. Any way to make sure it doesn't appear?   

How do I import the attachment with an import scenario?   The AP Document has an file attachment.  I am creating the AR Document based on the document lines in the AP Document. I can get the attachment file in an generic inquiry - On the APInvoice it is the NoteIdWith the import scenario I have the option to update the Note Text field but do not find the option to update the Files. 

We are seeing some order are failing with the below errorThe order is missing the ship via code. Please map it with the shipping option in the store settings or specify it on the Customer Locations (AR303020) form. We would like to understand how we can pass the ship via information from shopify to Acumatica. We have all the settings in store mapping as needed but still it is failing. For failed orders we are manually updating the ship via in customer locations and has to sync. can some one help how we can get the ship via information from shopify to Acumatica? currenty the customer created with blank ship via.

Good day, Avalara has the ability to calculate sales tax by entering the Latitude/Longitude manually.  My question is does the Acumatica - Avalara integration set up to pass this information from the Project Address tab.  Some of our projects have a state/city/ postal code but not actually address just a location on a pipeline.I have seen any documents or announcements.Thank you 

We have customers with 60-day payment terms, but it typically takes them 5-7 days to process payments after they're initiated. This causes invoices to show as past due in our Aged AR reports even though the customer has already started the payment process.Is there an out-of-the-box way to add a "grace period" or "payment processing buffer" to the Aged AR aging calculations? Ideally, we'd like to add 5 days to the due date before an invoice shows as past due in our reports.I know we could adjust the payment terms from 60 to 65 days, but we want to keep the actual invoice due dates at 60 days and only adjust how aging is calculated for reporting purposes.Has anyone solved this issue?

Hello - We are creating a generic inquiry to be able to search for Freight values by vendor and/or property, and want to be able to have the system generate the Total Freight amount depending on the filters the user selects. We have experimented with adding the ‘Sum’ to the Aggregate Function column for the Data Field usrTotalFreight, but that does not seem to be generating anything. Hello all,We are having issues when creating a move transaction for a production order, even though all materials have been allocated to the production order, when we try to release the move transaction we get a backflush error : “Backflush material shortage was found for the item in the 1 line of the operation in the order.”.Error MessageTraceWe noticed that this happens when we allocate material, by clicking Line Details on Production Order Details and checking the allocated box, and the available quantity in that location is less than the material required. Allocate materialInventory summary says we don’t have any availableProduction order details says we do have quantity availableOur workaround is to not allocate the material , however, this causes problems with our inventory because it takes material from other locations and not the ones specified on the BOM.All of our items are manufactured on a various work centers, an item can only be manufactured on one work center. We started looking at Dataself recently.  We have been doing a “roll your own” data warehouse for reporting with PowerBI, and it’s been painful.  The PowerBI side is great, but we’re working with our MSP who has some knowledge of ETL and data warehousing, but no knowledge of Acumatica dataWe have a Dataself demo later this week, but I’m curious about the communities thoughts.

Hi has anyone managed to get the PDF Annotator to work with the GI. As in when we open the AP Bill we can click on the View PDF and see the file attachments on the bill.I want to move this up a level to the Bills and Adjustments GI so that as you select a row you can view the PDF without opening the bill. I tried doing the followingI get this error.  

I am attempting to create a generic inquiry to feed into a dashboard. We are wanting this GI to show the balance of our cash account as of @Today - the only thing we can get to show is the period end balance. I’ve attempted to recreate the transactions by period filters/parameters but have been unsuccessful. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

We run manufacturing operations at multiple warehouses. We use the same BOMs at all warehouses because the same materials are consumed. However, due to much higher manufacturing volume at our main facility, there are materials that are stocked at that warehouse, but are custom order at the lowest volume facility. Acumatica has the “Dflt. Mark For” checkbox on the stock item level which, when the “Purchase” option is selected for an item, then system will suggest a purchase order when that item appears on a production order. However, I don’t see this option on the Item Warehouse Detail level, which we really need for those items that are regularly stocked at some warehouses, but only ordered on an as-needed basis at other warehouses. Am I missing something, or is Acumatica missing this simple feature?
