Hi @KGantz ,

To copy the structure without transactional data, the supported method is to use a Snapshot.

Steps:

  1. Create the new tenant first (Tenants – SM203520).

  2. Log into the source tenant.

  3. Go to Snapshots (SM202500).

  4. Create a new snapshot.

  5. Set Data Selection Mode = Settings Only (this excludes transactional data).

  6. Prepare the snapshot.

  7. Switch to the new tenant.

  8. Restore the snapshot.

This will copy configuration, master setup, and system settings, but not financial or transactional history.

hey @KGantz ,

In addition to what @abhimanyuprajapati52 , has mentioned, after you Create the snapshot. Export it and then Import it in the new Tenant and then Restore the snapshot.

Hope this Helps!!

@abhimanyuprajapati52

Am I correct in assuming I’m in the existing tenant for the export and in the new tenant for the import
