Wondering how everyone is handling the tariffs?  It’s easy enough when a vendor issues a price increase that I can just pass through.  My issue is when I am getting hit with tariff lines on invoices from vendors.  Not sure how to accurately absorb those lines on incoming PO’s and pass them along on a Sales Order without a ton of manual work.

On our purchase orders for outwork/subcontract work we want the PO to show the production order number.  Our production order number is alpha numeric.I have tried using the following in the visableExpr field but they all cause errors: [AMProdOper.ProdOrdID]=0 [AMProdOper.ProdOrdID]=’’ IIF statement  (this is my first time using the community for help so im hoping ive done it correctly :-) )  

Hii, i want to ask about the import scenario, can we add directly “Remove Hold” for Fixed Asset that we want to Import to Active Asset? so we don’t need to do it manually, is it possible to do it?Please help me to solve about this, thank you, i really appreciate😄

 SM208000 - Generic InquiryAt Generic Inquiry screen we have field “Row Style” which helps us creating GI styles due to our template.  I want to create a similar field that, instead of affecting the GI, applies to my custom table. I’ve managed to copy the field and its smart panel, and I even made it possible to select fields from my table. However, when I click OK, the style is not applied to the table.Is it possible to implement this functionality? If so, how can I do it?More details on what I have done: The field and smart panel are similar to those on the Generic Inquiry screen. We want to use scrap as a way to track raw material loss when getting non conforming product.  The problem we discovered is that we backflush boxes and pallets in the BOM.  When we scrap product, we do not use a box or pallet.  How do we stop the system from adding those in a material backflush issue on scrap moves?  

We need to capture the mileage travel on an appointment as an expense to the Service orders.  Our customer does not want to create a expense claim for the mileage but want to be able to capture the distance as an expense on the appointment.The only methods visible to capture an expense on Appointments is with Expense claim/Vendor bill/employee time cardWill this be possible ? Any suggestions?

Can anyone explain to me why the description can’t be edited after a document is released? It’s only a text field. There’s zero impact on financial numbers. What could be the logical reason why not? I know this subject has been asked about in this community group before. Yet somehow the threads have disappeared. It does show up in the ideas section, but it’s been left hanging for 10 years. What am I missing? Is there a way to make simple text edits and I just haven’t figured it out? It is this specific field I would like to be able to edit. Thanks!

When we bill a customer account, for some reason its showing as Bill 3rd Party on the label and a vendor just reached out letting us know they are getting hit with fees.We've talked with Fedex multiple times. Fedex said it's some type of configuration in the back end of Acumatica causing this issue. We are sending to the responsible party. FedEx Support said it's being sent over as 3rd Party. FedEx support is unable to change it, said it has to be changed on the backend of the system: "The payment type is coming in the transaction and Acumatica needs to work with the Web Service hotline – 8773392774.   Thank you. We've also had one of our devs look at it. Hello, We’re experiencing an issue in Acumatica...When i go to Receivables > Customer Statements > Run Report., the PDF toolbar used to show Print, Send, and Export buttons. But now the Send button is missing. Has anyone else run into this or know a quick way to fix this? Been trying to figure this out for hours

We use the realtime sync to push new sales orders from Shopify into Acumatica when they are placed. We do not export sales orders from Acumatica back to Shopify.This works great, but the Shopify connector is also syncing orders back into Acumatica whenever the order is updated in Shopify.This is a big issue because the re-sync of orders overriding our changes to sales orders made during order processing in Acumatica.Here's an example:An order was placed and sent to Acumatica at ~8:40am Our rep processed the order in Acumatica and made changes to the order. After, they merged the account on the order in Shopify with a dupe. This change to the Shopify order made the connector see that the order was updated in Shopify and re-synced the order at 11:59 AM. This re-sync of  the order wiped out the changes that we made to the order in Acumatica after it had already been shipped.We need the connector to do the initial sync of new Shopify orders, but NEVER update the order in Acumatica again.I’

Hi, We have a client that uses Amex@work for their users. As of the current release 2022 R1, Plaid does not integrate with the Amex@work platform only individual Amex Accounts. Our client has over 100 Amex Accounts that they would have to purchase bank feeds for since Acumatica and Plaid do not work with Amex@work. Does anyone know if the new service called MX is compatible with Amex@work in the newest release 2022 R2? Also, if not is there an efficient workaround to make Acumatica and Amex@work integrate together. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you,Frances Pantelidakis 

We use a Sales Order type that is set to use Reason Codes for the Sales Account. This is due to a piece of equipment that we sell and also do long term rentals on. We use an asset account instead of COGS for these orders. This equipment needs to have some service items performed on it as well as some additional components added before it is ready to install. We would like to start with a service order and have the equipment, components and service items all on the service order so our techs can see what is all needed to be prepped.I am wanting to bill the service order using the sale order type that is set to use reason codes, but I get an error due to the reason codes being empty.Does anyone have ideas on a work around?We could turn on Field Service in this sales order type and then only mark the service items as needing an appointment and creating a service order from the sales order.The problem here is that the tech will need to go to the sale order to know what equipment he is gett

We have one bin location set on our BOMS to backflush from.  We transfer materials to that location from different Inventory stocking bin locations.  The issue is if we have Critical material on our Production order, it may just not have been transferred or we may not have it.  The only location the Production Order looks at for inventory is our bin location set on BOMS.  We do not want material backflushing from any other location, but we need our Production Manager to see availability within our Inventory quickly.  Any suggestions? 

Hello, i want to create Fixed Asset manually without PO or AP Bill. Because the company have the asset like form 2015. So, i thought we can create directly form Fixed Asset - Profile. Bu when i try to process to Depreciation, I can not get the amount of depreciation and when i try to check the Asset, in the detail tab of Reconciliation there is a warning “The fixed asset has unreleased purchasing transactions’ but when i try to release it, the error happen. Please somebody help me, i’ve been stuck to solve about thisssss, pleaseee helppp!!!😭😭, thankkk youu😃  

We want to set up the enable/disable for a new customer but when we try to set up there is no Project and budget forecast in the details. Is it because the license or Project is actually add on feature? Can somebody help me to explain about this? i really appreciate, thank you

We are having issues tracking manual price changes on sales order lines. The business has removed the ability to manual price change from most staff but if we had proper visibility its likely we could give the access back to select staff members which would solve alot of problems created by removal of the function. There are genuine reasons why we need to manually price something and what i’d like to be able to do is exclude manual price changes by specific people from appearing in a GI. I am using a sales order by line report then using various filters to work through the data to remove lines that are ok (some of this is SO created by vs SO Line added by and if its been added by someone who is allowed to manually price it can be excluded) but I'm left with lots of lines that on face value look like they have had a manual price change but when I go into the audit trails the line has been modified by an approved person. Does anyone have a GI built or could share what needs done to allow
