Hi all - I'm only new here and to the product.  Just hoping I could get some assistance with this.We have several filters for different things in our Invoice/Memo and Bills/Adjustment areas.  Just wondering is there a way we can get a total to that filter - screenshot below.  Thanks heaps.  

We are looking to restrict visibility to non project invoices.Looking for best practice on how to accomplish this as we are just rolling out Acumatica. Since the default “X” allows anyone to see the transactions we were looking at creating an “SG&A” project and restricting that project to only accounting / executives. Thinking we’d then have to put all our SG&A GL accounts into an account group.  But would there be a way to limit that account group to only be valid for this specific project? Maybe some sort of restriction group? Thanks!    

while creating formula in the formula master screen, qty in prod. volume unit and material type, qty. in prod. wt. unit, weight %, volume %-these fields are not auto filled. can someone help me how to fix this issue.

Paylocity offers customized reports that can be created and exported. Those reports can then be used in a import scenario to upload into Acumatica the needed payroll information.Looking to automate the process more, has anyone had success in API connection or using other systems like Celigo to get what is needed for payroll processing?

I’m trying to group in a GI by Lot/Serial Number for Stock Items, however, there are a few items without a serial number, and these are all being grouped together, despite being different lines (this is not a issue on Inventory Valuation for some reason.) Is there some way to do a conditional grouping? I tried =iif([InCostStatus.LotSerialNbr] <> ' ', [InCostStatus.LotSerialNbr], null) but the grouping happens even if the field is blank. Is there some way to do this?

Hi! For items with fifo costing, is there a way to see what the actual margin would be on a sales order? The margins on sales orders screen use average costing so it's not helpful for my client. Also, I'm looking at Inventory Summary report and same thing it provides the average. Does anyone know where to find the current fifo cost before the items have been issued/shipped?

This condition would restrict the access on portal by the user linked to the PMProject when it is a guest account.Something like this: I couldn’t find why it does not work for both.I can only make it work for one at each time. Thanks

HiIs there a way to change the login page of an Acumatica system please? I did navigate to Customization Project , created a project and then went to Customization Project Editor and selected Files, however I do not have the option to upload my own image onto the system and I think it is because the system isn't locally stored on my machine. How do I go about this?

       Hello,  we previously were using ItemCustSalesHist table to run some reports. This table is very useful. It has the sum up data with Item and Customers by each period. So we don’t have to count from the ARTran to reduce perfermance issue.     I don’t understand why this table is obsolete in 2024R2 or even earlier version .Is there a replacement for it?   I Know there is a ItemSalesHist table, but we need to group or exclude some customers.  So I need some data form like customer ,item ,sales qty (already counted) , period, something like this.    Can anyone help?

 I was discussing activities with a coworker and he mentioned that users should be able to enter TIME SPENT on an activity or task --  I see the fields on the form – but I could not figure out initially how to “update” or edit those fields. In the Tasks – it did not allow for it – can you confirm that the type of activity has to be a WORK ACTIVITY to allow for the time entry?        

I’m having trouble importing a group of new customers to Acumatica.  I’ve created a Data Provider for my Excel document with my customer info in it.  I’ve created an Import Scenario to import the data.  When I go to run the Import by Scenario (testing out running just the first 2 records) I get the error “2 items have not been processed successfully. View name: BAccount.”I’m at my wits end here and I’m sure there’s just something small I haven’t checked.  Can someone help me?  Here’s a screenshot of my error:I’m also attaching an .XML copy of my Import Scenario. 

Hello!I am trying to calculate Total Revenue and COGS in a Generic Inquiry. The goal is to match the values by financial period to the values on the P&L in financial reports. I looked at the source data for the P&L and saw that it’s summing the balance between 5000 and 5070 for COGS. My formula in the GI is: =IIf([Account.AccountCD] >= '5000' AND [Account.AccountCD] <= '5070', [GLHistory.CuryFinYtdBalance], 0). I am summing this field and grouping by financial period. I wasn’t getting the same Ending Balance Total (COGS) on my GI and P&L and found that it’s because my GI is missing two accounts: 5037 and 5060. Can anyone help me understand why the generic inquiry is not pulling all of the accounts between 5000 and 5070? I don’t have any conditions set that is preventing them from showing. Is it something in my formula? I want to use a selector in my grid that provides me with only  with Customers , Vendors , Business Accounts , Contacts similar to Relations Tab in Business Account the problem is the EntityIDSelector which takes type of DAC like PX.objects.CR.BAccount , PX.objects.CR.Contact, PX.objects , PX.Objects.AR.Customer , PX.Objects.AP.Vendor i have noticed that when i start by selecting Business Account in the first place the selector works without changing the table fileds name in the selector view but if i start with a different type ex:Customer,vendor i get this Error “undefined: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getAttribute')”Note: i have commit changes for the feilds

Customer uses their own trucks to deliver large shipments of construction materials to a job site. They are seeking a solution to collect a signature on BOL at the delivery, print and write back to the ACM shipment.Any thought of suggestions for a solution ? 

We’ve been setting up MFA with the “required for unknown devices” with native Acumatica accounts.Does anyone have technical details of the logic of how an MFA would be triggered?  I’m unable to find any detailed information on how this works.  I would guess that logging into Acumatica on a new device would prompt for an MFA approval?  What other scenarios would trigger an MFA authentication?  I have yet to see an MFA request since the original setup.

Need help building a GI which shows all items sold in a period of time to include the total amount of sales and need to be able to filter by Tax Category so I can items that are in our NOTTAXABLE Category. This wouldn’t just include Sales Orders as many of our NOTTAXABLE Items are labor. Would need to include Service Orders as well.

I’m trying to create dynamic bill of material calculations based on run quantity. For example, my machine time is dependent on how many I need to produce. Each unit takes 25 seconds. I would like to create my BOM so that all you have to input is quantity, and all the other fields are populated based on that. Any advice on how to do this?

I noticed there is different in the two environment and on their website I am only able to download 25.101.0153 and not the 25.101.0153.1 version which is causing issue in one of our customization.Anyone has any update about it? Our production/live environment Our Testing environment

It seems that the run time for labor and machine cannot be less than whole minute intervals. The BOM preference options do not appear to have an option to capture seconds. It feels like this cannot be right so what am I missing? Note: I saw a post on this from 2 years ago but there do not seem to be any changes to the options.

Is there a way to move just the signature from the original appointment over to the edited version one once we have made our updates/changes to it?
