I have built a GI against projects (we have an attribute called "delivery date" ) to give our delivery drivers a view of what they need to deliver to site from the facory today. The GI works nice and comes across to the mobile app real well, but I want to have it so that the delivery driver can tap on the project in his filtered view and it will open the correct project for him to upload photos of proof of delivery directly to the project. Currently they have to jump out of the delivery view and search in the project for it. Example of how today's deliveries look in the app... If only we could just tap on these …

Hello,Is there a way to recognize a PDF file that contains two or more invoices? (That is can it create two/more bills from a single PDF)

I’m trying to generate a GI connecting the InventoryItem table to the POVendor table.  I want to limit the results to only show the default vendor and vendor inventory ID assigned to each item. However, if an item has multiple vendors assigned the results will display multiple lines for that item.This “IsDefault” field does not appear to exist as a field by which I can filter the results: Does anyone know of another way to go about this?

I am uploading 2020 and 2021 Journal Transactions. Whereas, the 2020 entries were accurate, the 2021 entries do not appear to include opening balances. This is only happening on various Companies and GL Accounts.

I’m trying to add a the Qty. on Supply from the prepare replenishment page to a Custom GI page. I tried different ways to link the relationship but I can’t get any numbers to show up. Can any help guide me on what I did wrong in the relations?   

Hi everyone,A customer with On Hold status placed an order from BigCommerce. When we synced it, there is an error saying that the customer is not active.Is there a setting where we can allow non-active customers SO to be synced?

Hello,How do I delete or cancel an item on a Request in Purchases? I click the “cancelled” check box and it still shows up in selection for a requisition.    

How has anyone set up box barcodes in Acumatica for shipping? When using the mobile app, it asks you to scan the box when you pack. You can simply type in the box code such as A but the client would like to scan the label for the box. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi,Would anyone be able to give some guidance on if it’s possible to add the SO # to the account details screen. I noticed there is an account details GI (see screenshot). I know if you click the reference # for the IN module, it brings you to the Issues screen where you can see the SO number. I can’t figure out how to link those two tables (if that is even possible).Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, We have had multiple instances where a credit card payment was captured in Acumatica but returned an error and the payment was stuck in pending processing status. The Processing Center Response Status was “Capture Failed” and the payment could not be voided or recaptured because it was in pending processing. However, the payment somehow made it through to our processing center, authorize.net, and settled successfully. Clicking “Validate Card Payment” on the payments screen in Acumatica only returned the response, “Does not exist”. Is there a way to have Acumatica acknowledge this order as paid? Thanks!

Our company often receives one line on a PO across multiple deliveries, requiring multiple Purchase Receipts to complete the line.We would like to ease the AP workflow by using ‘Automatically create AP bills’, but we have found that Acumatica only allows one (unreleased) AP Bill for each PR. Our accountant has to manually find each purchase receipt, click ‘Create AP bill’, release the AP Bill, then move on to the next PR. For hundreds of PRs, this becomes rather tedious.Is there any setting to enable the creation of AP Bills from each PR one-to-one without having to release the AP bills beforehand?Preferably, AP bills would be automatically created each time Logistics releases the PR, then Accounts just needs to batch release using Release AP process. 

I would like to add the Lot/Serial Number to AR Invoice AR641000 using an IIF()Reason for using the IIF() is because I want to add a line break and ‘Serial Number: ‘ only if the the line item has a Lot/Serial Number. But it’s showing the (False) value regardless of if the item has a serial number allocated or not.iif([ARTran.LotSerialNbr]=null, '', '{br}' + 'Serial Number: '+[ARTran.LotSerialNbr]) I’m not sure what is the problem. It’s like it thinks the line has a serial number even when it does not.I am pretty sure the [ARTran.LotSerialNbr] is correct because when testing it added the correct serial number. Any ideas?

Hello All,I am wondering how is the relationship between Acumatica Customization Projects (ACP) and C#.  Shoulda) each ACP be translated and linked to a “Solution” in C#? or b) we can have multiple “Projects” in a single C# “Solution” and bind each ACP to a “Project” in a “Solution” not a “Solution” itself?When I try the second option to bind an ACP to a “Project” it apparently is searching for a “Solution” and not allowing me. If I am to create many “Solutions” to have one-to-one relation between ACP and C# solutions, my customization solutions will be too many. How you guys are managing your Customization Projects?

Need help w/ a work around, w/ the MRP Detail Inquiry and demand. My company purchases components for BOMS (assembled in the US at our facility) from China. 180 day lead timeWhen running MRP, i would like it to tell me what i need to order today, to satisfy demand from 180 days to 210 days from now.I understand that we will forecast out 7+ months, which we do.The issue we are having a hard time working around is that the MRP, from our forecast, displays the demand for the assemblies and wants us to create production orders. The problem is, we do not assemble ahead of time, we create those production orders upon receipt of order from our customers. So i can’t create the production orders MRP is wanted me to create based off the forecast, thus it is not showing a demand for those components that i would need to buy from China. ExampleComponent A (180 leadtime from China), we maybe sell 10 a month of this component but w/in BOM X, BOM Y, and BOM Z we can use up 600 of Component A. in thos

We want to set up an audit of Vendor record changes and have Acumatica notify admins if there was an address change or some remittance info update. Has anyone created a business event of a widget to track the changes? It looks like there is a limitation on creating a GI Thanks!

One of my clients sells magazines. Historically their item MAGAZINESKU was purchased as a finished good from a single vendor who produced the entire item. Now, however, the magazine is being produced by two vendors. One produces the covers (COVERSKU) and the other produces the inside pages (INSIDESKU). These are still sold as the MAGAZINESKU item. What is the best way to go about purchasing COVERSKU and INSIDESKU then assembling them to create the finished good of MAGAZINESKU in inventory?If I was starting from a blank slate, this seems like a clear Stock Kit with Kit Assembly.
