Hi.

I added a UDF on the SO document (from the Manage User Defined Fields option) with a checkbox control type, I would like to have track on the user and date and time the checkbox was selected.

is that possible to accomplish?

yes, it is possible to Accomplish with using Auditing feature in Acumatica.

I have added Checkbox UDF on Sales Order.

Go to User Security→ Preferences → Audit and Select the screen where you have added UDF.

Go to tables Grid and Select Table.

Go to Fields → Search for UDF and enable the Active checkbox.

It will start the auditing for UDF, and you can view it on Audit History (SM205530) screen.
