Through web api not able get vendor order by LastModifiedDateTime.

Hello, in Sales Order GI, the customer CD and Customer Name are displayed from the SOOrder Object.Object:SOOrder and Data Field:CustomerID this gives us customer cd, but when we use same in if condition it is giving us customer DB ID. Can someone please help us. We know we can join BAccount table but can i get customer cd without joining BAccount table.=IIf([SOOrder.CustomerID] >0 , [SOOrder.CustomerID], '0') here the result is Customer DB ID

How system takes promise date for planned production orders in MRP Detail Inquiry. I would like to know in three different constraintFinishes on Starts on User Entry We take for an assumption 6 working days as manufacturing lead time. How system takes promise date for all the three scenarios. 

Performing a timecard correction, because the labor Item was incorrect. The appointment show the corrected timecard number, but the labor item was not corrected in the appointment. It should be the corrected labor item per the timecard, reflected on the appointment to cost at a different labor rate.

I have created a button on the Opportunities (CR304000) called 'Convert to SO’ which converts the current opportunity to a Sales Order. I would like to move the button to the Action Menu > Record Creation, how can I do it?The Acumatica version I am using is: 23.105.0016 (2023R1)

Hi, I am creating a GI and meet some problem on parameter.Here are my parameters requirement:No of PO (counted nbr, not ref nbr)I am using COUNT at the aggregate function and grouping the record with vendor, the result of the ref num will become counting how many PO of the vendors.  My question is how can I make the parameter to filter the counted number but not the ref number? attached with the GI XML, thank you.  

Hi,in quick checks, we have a report called payment voucher. in a case like this the report works fine But, as soon as the numbers increases by one 0, the report wont work. ex now the Amounts are 4,000,000.00. if those numbers are 40,000,000.00 the report wont work. does anyone can help me on this. i’m attaching the rpx file here as wellThank you.

I wanted to change a PXSelector attribute on a DAC field to Fluent BQL syntax if possible in order to include a subquery. Is there any way to do a Fluent BQL equivalent of PXSelector that you know of?

Sometime Acumatica performance start slow in one  or two client Computer. I check those Computers everything went well except Acumatica.

Looking for a way to decrease the length of the SOShipLine.InventoryID_description field on a pick list.  Currently prints the entire value (up to 250 characters but only want it to print the first 50 characters.  Have “Can Grow” set to False.

Hi All, I have a question regarding an invoice to a customer.The customers would like to receive invoices with USD and CAD amounts attached to the invoice (they do not mind receiving two different invoices in two different currencies). I entered the currency ID in Financial Tab on Customers (AR303000) as CAD, as a result, when I printed the invoice in CAD currency. The question is when I clicked VIEW BASE (because the company currency base is USD) and I would like to print out the invoice with USD currency. The invoice keeps displaying CAD currency in the invoice. Is it possible to print out two different currencies invoices for a customer in Acumatica?Looking forward to hearing your response. Thanks.

I’m using 2022 R2 Acumatica version. The use case here is to not allow some users to export in any form the reports, they can just view it. 

Modified the Customer Screen and one of the mods was to add a custom action button to calculate some custom fields.   The button and fields work perfectly.  But now I am trying to Add a custom process screen to allow us to run those buttons for all customers on a schedule. First I could not reference the Extension I created in the Process Form definition: It only accepted: customers.SetProcessDelegate<CustomerMaint>(        delegate (CustomerMaint graph, Customer templat)        {Instead of : customers.SetProcessDelegate<CustomerMaint_Extension>(        delegate (CustomerMaint_Extension graph, Customer templat)        {So naturally when it cam time to call the custom button it would not work: graph.Clear(); graph.processon_extension(templat);there was no processon_extension() available under the graph because the graph could only be CustomerMaint not CustomerMain_Extension. How do I reference an Action on an Extension of a form in a Process screen which I think can only be

What is the best way to set up a Roth 401k deduction code? We currently have pre-tax deduction codes and will offer Roth beginning in 2024.Right now I have the Roth deduction code set up as not affecting tax calculations, however I noticed that, if the Affects Tax Calculation box is checked, there is a Roth 401k Code Type on the US Tax Settings tab. Should I mark the Roth deduction as affecting tax calculation and select this Code Type?Thank you.  

Hi, we’re onboarding Acumatica now and would like to confirm this is possible. That is, can we use a Business Event or other functionality in Acumatica to automatically create a 6-digit Alternate ID upon creation of a Stock Item that would serve as a barcode? We would need to it to auto-increment so that it’s unique. 

Is it possible to have an approval map for the ‘Close’ process of certain classes of ‘Project Issues’?  We have figured out how to use Project Issues as a custom form entry platform, but we’re getting to the point where it would be nice (for some forms) to have an approval workflow before they close.

Our company just signed on as a service partner on Friday.  In fact, we are so new that our business account is not set up yet.  So, I need to ask this question in this forum until we can access the partner area.We are going to our make first hires for the development and IT operations team.  They will get certified in Acumatica and learn xRP.  We are going to look for someone with .NET experience.  But beyond that, does anyone have any recommendations for other good qualifications?  What core skills should a good Acumatica developer or IT support manager have?Thanks for the help.
