Hi all, I am trying to create a customer using the rest API. I am not sending a CustomerID as I have the auto numbering turned on. It works great in the UI and Auto number works correctly. Hello,I’m looking for a way to retrieve the Related Items from the Acumatica APIs. Is there any way to do this? I expected that I would be able to find it on the /entity/Default/20.200.001/StockItem API but it does not appear to exist as a detail object.

When we get a hot or urgent sales order entered in Acumatica, we need to find a way to identify all the orders that are created via MRP or Create Orders for this sales order.Is there a way we can mark/tag/flag/color code the resulting orders to be able to easily pick and process accordingly?

Hello, good evening everyone. I have developed a smart panel that generates an Accounts Payable (AP) bill from an email. However, i have encountered an issue with inserting an AP transaction when we link it to a Purchase Order or subcontract. The system displays the error message shown in the picture. Is there a specific insertion method in Acumatica for handling this scenario?  Thank you very much for the support, any help is received

Hello,I am new to Acumatica and have been looking for ways to create restriction groups on the basis of Departments of the Employees. I would also then like to only allow the usage of those subaccounts (has segments divided) that refer to the respective departments and then would only allow the usage of Sales Orders based on those departments. How can I implement this?Thanks in advance.

I am printing  AP Payment data in a sub report. The first line prints an empty line for the shipment number ‘20231414’. But when i pass a different shipment number it doesn’t print the empty line. Is there any way to fix it ? This is when passed shipment number 20231414 as a parameter. This is when passed a different shipment number  Also some of the rows in my report are not in line 

I’ve created data provider, it’s using the built in Excel Provider type, it is used by an Import Scenario.It has various setting and mappings, as shown below.I can add the import scenario to my customisation package, but how can I add the Data Provider?

I want to generate AR Aging report age based on a customized date field which added to invoice screen. Please check the below screenshot.So I think that to achieve this i have to add this custom data field to the “Age Based On” dropdown in the Statement Cycle screen. Please check the below screenshot.So can I know if is this possible?And if is this possible, can we maintain two AR aging report formats as one is based on default system Due Date and other one is based on newly added customized date field?

Hi All,Following enquiry forms are now replaced with generic inquiry forms in 2022 R1.Incoming (CO409000)• Draft (CO409010)• Sent (CO409080)• Outgoing (CO409020)• Deleted (CO409090)• Archived (CO409030)In the previous versions an option was available to mark the selected emails as unread. Just checking is this option removed in 2022 R1 version or there is an alternate way to achieve this apart from Customization. 

I’m a little perplexed why there is no tab showing the related Sales Order and Shipments that were the origin of an ARInvoice.  Acumatica normally has links between related documents, and this one just perplexes my why you have to go search for an originating document manually to see the released Invoice’s history.  Am I missing something?

Is there a way to add a link to each appointment of to get back to the first appointment?Our techs want to be able to refer back to what was done on the first appointment because sometimes a different tech will be going out on the follow up appointments. This way they can get to the appointment faster.

I have one problem. I need to group into one item items that have same inventoryId(they are duplicated i don’t know why  i need to make it like That what i tried already but didn’t help  

I am using INItemSiteHistDay to write a GI for inventory aging.  The field INItemSiteHistDay.QtyIn is available for the results grid.  However, INItemSiteHistDay.QtyIn and INItemSiteHistDay.QtyOut are not available for formulas or selection criteria.  I need the QTY for every transaction in and out of inventory and these seem like the 2 fields I need.  I’m unsure why they are only available to the results grid.Thanks for any guidance!

Hello Community, I have a custom screen for demand planning, they capture data in a range of two days. The SOs are shipped in a ranger of 2 days. I am building a dashboard that shows the actual orders against the demand table. The join is requested on date from the SOOrder table and date1 on the demand table. This join omits the data which should be linked to Date2. eg if there was actual 2 orders on the first requested on date and 3 on the second requested on date it won’t show 5 on the sum in the dashboard because the parameter is requested on date. Is there a way joining the tables such that requested on date is linked on both demand date1 and date2.Below is my joinThese are my dashboard parameteres 

I need to give one of our roles access to add contacts, and to add contacts as a recipient to emails (such as Order Confirmation), while having view only for everything else regarding customers.If I give the role edit access on the Customer node, the role gets the access I want. So, I am assuming the access is somewhere within the customer node.But, I can’t find which sub-node or nodes needs to be set.Can anyone give guidance? 

We have inhouse inventory that is transferred to projects on a monthly basis.  Currently through Project Transactions you can enter the Inventory ID, qty, price, etc and the costs will go onto the job however it does not make any adjustment to the inventory stock item itself.  We then have to go into Inventory Preferences, shut off the “Update GL” so that the adjustment does not double up in the GL,  make an adjustment to the physical quantity and cost to reflect the new quantity on hand, then turn the GL back on.  With internal transfers of inventory to projects, we should be able to make one entry that will update the project, the GL and the inventory item all at once.  According to support, we do not have that function at this time so anytime someone has an adjustment to move inventory to a project it is a 3 step process.  We would like to get this streamlined into one and done entry.
