We produce custom products and need to update the production order details operations and materials for every order to account for the material differences.  Using the rest API the PUT returns a 200, but the the data for the operations for the production order details is not updated. The production order when it is created has extra operations that need to be removed to accurately show the custom work centersHow can the production order work centers be updated via the API? How can the materials be updated via the API?

I am using the customization project function. To insert my data into the database with the tables as updateFile and UploadFile when I Publish. So I wrote a script to be able to insert the data into the database script section.. But I got a message from Acu's support team that I can't do it this way. So is there any other way for me to help fulfill the above requirement?

Hi,I created a customized security role called Property Manager. I restricted access to the header and detail screen for Bills and Adjustments. The approver only needs to approve, reject, reassign, add notes and update the due date in the header field. I am close to this but if you look at the second print screen the Type and Reference Nbr. fields need to be grayed out but the Due Date field has to be editable. What am I doing wrong? What are the correct fields under Access Rights for Roles under Bills and Adjustments for these 3 fields so I can finalize my security role setup. I tried different setup and nothing is working. Client is on 2023 R1. I can find the DAC under Bills and Adjustments but it does not seem to correspond to options in Access Rights for Roles. Current security settings:   Thanks, Frances 

Hello,Our Acumatica AR Customer Credit Balances are not correct.  Example:Customer 169523000 - Vis****, has a $3000 credit limit, with a $69.30 Open Orders Balance, but then shows a -$6,260.70 Remaining Credit Limit. It then puts a Credit Hold on the Orders. Screen AR.30.30.00, Financial. Any idea where should I start looking? Workflows? Code? I am clueless.   I also saw this message when just digging around. Not sure if has something to do with anything of this. Please help.  

We recently upgraded to 23R1 and are interested in turning on the Order Types for Export feature under Shopify Stores > Order Settings in Acumatica. However, we’re trying to get a better understanding of what will happen once we select the order types that we want to export to Shopify.Does anyone know if the connector will sync all historical orders of those types? Or will it sync only new orders from that point on? Is there a way to control which orders are synced?

Can I change terms from N30 to an installment code on an open AP Bill?

I have a rather simple GI that uses PMProject and PMTran to break down Labor spending, per month, on each project. Then tools me what 4% of that labor cost would be. The problem I’m having is that it’ll say pages 1 of 14. Then when I click onto page 2, that will change to page 2 of 26. The data then becomes invalid after switching pages. Has anyone seen this before? Attached is the GI. Seems something weird with the conditions but not sure why. We are on Build 22.212.0046   

Hello,I am using the following function to combine the account # with the location ID, but somehow the function is creating a space on some of the records, why?This is the formula I am using, which is working for most of the records, however there are some that contain a space in between. =Concat([BAccount.AcctCD],[Location.LocationCD]) Please see attached screenshot.   Space between these records 

I’m working on the following process graph:When debugging, the prepay.Record registers as null, despite the prepay having a single complete record of the invPrepayList resultset. Visual studio does not flag the application of the result.record.fields to the new rec fields as an error. It simply runs as though the record is null. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

Has anyone successfully recreated the Inventory Transaction by Account as a GI? We want to get a Generic Inquiry where the Inventory Balance of the Balance sheet equals to the Inquiry Balance. The main issue in here is that we wanted to depict the transactions in the Generic Inquiry and at last, the balance should be equal to the inventory balance of the Balance sheet.  I’ve been trying to recreate Inventory Transaction by Account as a GI, but so far have remained unsuccessful.

Hi,Our company has several pivot tables we Export to Excel and then print out for record and approval. Is there any way of adding the company’s logo to the Excel Export for ISO compliance purposes? Alternatively, if there is any way of fitting a pivot table to a Report which we can add the logo through Report Designer, that would be great as well.

Hello together, I have a general question. Why is it possible to insert the same item as material in the Production BOM Details as the item to be produced and not in the Basic BOM? When I insert as material in the basic BOM the same item as in the header, an error appears:In the Production Order Details the base BOM is taken as a basis and there it is possible to insert the same item as in the head. The MRP then calculates the demand based on the production orders and sales orders. In the Acumatica help it says this.But I don't understand why it is possible in the production details but not in the basic BOM.Could someone explain this to me?

I have a sales order with a pre-payment on it. Hi, I am customizing the standard PO report to reflect information shown on the Approvals tab in the Purchase Order form, the approvals are shown in the footer of the report, therefore I use a sub report to display the approval information. At the moment, values are not displayed in the footer even though Approvals are listed. Please let me know how I can fix this issue.Thank you.

How do you enter a payroll correction to reduce an employees check when they are overpaid? I have tried multiple things and keep getting errors. You can’t have negative hours, rates, or an amount of the earnings tab…. If I do a deduction is does not correct their earnings for the year… Any suggestions on how to correct this?

My shopify sales order is imported with a ship via that is checked as will call. This Ship Via is called PICKUP and is also set to my store shipping method. Shipment export to Shopify generated the following error:Error converting value "pick-up" to type 'PX.Commerce.Shopify.API.REST.FulfillmentOrderDeliveryMethodType'. Hi,  Acumatica automatically sends the Vendor Ref number on Purchase Receipts to Shopify as the tracking number. Since we’re using the field for what it was actually intended for (Invoice Numbers), can we restrict Acumatica not to send those?

Strange issue with Business Event not firing if the underlying GI has a conditional on it.  Worked through all the troubleshooting guides I could find, and still stumped. I have a Generic Inquiry which is a simple join of the AMMTran table and the AMProdItem table:The relations are simple, just joining the shared keys of OrderType and prodOrdID:  And my conditions are straightforward, looking for Materials documents that linked to Closed production orders: And my business event is set to “Trigger by Record Change” with Raise Event set to “For Each Record”:This does not fire.  If I change my conditions on the GI to remove the status=Completed, it works fine (though it fires immediately upon issue of the materials, which is NOT what I need, as I need to do something with the Material once the Production order completes). I have tried it with “from schema” for the condition instead of the =’M’, so it’s not anything that simple. I’ve tried changing the Trigger conditions to be Record Inser

Hi all, Is there a way to switch branches for the account used for Oauth? Our vendors are set up with Restricted company groups. When our api automation tries to create a Bill the user used in the Oauth authentication, it is set to one of our 10 branches, so the Bill PUT fails due to the branch being incorrect. During the automation we'll need to switch branches. I looked for a profile endpoint to maybe use and switch branches using the api, but didn't see one. Thoughts?Thanks!

Is there a way to change the Qty Selected in the Add Related Items box?  You can change the Quantity at the top of this box but not the quantity of the individual items listed below in the box.  In our case, we may need multiple of an additional item to Cross-Sell.  It isn’t always a 1-to-1.  As it is now, you need to change the quantity after it pulls the item(s) into the Sales Order.   Thanks
