The style tag and item class are not picking up in the import scenario.

Hi All,

We have created an import scenario for stock items—finished goods. But the style tag and the item class are not picking up correctly. The subaccount is taken as the style tag.

Please see the below screen shots. Anyone know how to fix this?

This seems to be customizations, could you please customization, xml and Sample data sheet to verify from our end,

 

As per the mapping the sub account map given as Style tag, May be this mapping causing an issue.

Please verify.

The error you are getting may be of,

  1. Check  the mapping of the Import scenario
  2.  Verify the data that you are importing.
  3. Tick the ignore error if all the information was added.
