Hi, Trying to build out a GI and needing some help on an IF statement. Here’s the scenario. If Qty in APTran more than 0 (red check), it will return data Inventory acc ID (yellow checks) else will return AP Acc ID (Blue Check). So, here is my formula:Receipt Account=IIf( [APTran.Qty]>0,[InventoryItem.InvtAcctID], [APTran.AccountID]) and  when applied it on Receipt Account field, it revert to “something else” value which shown above did not return as well as they taken individually. Need your advice on this problem.Thank you in advance.

Trying to have cost populate on a project quote and keep getting 0.  Where does the unit cost come from for each line item?shouldnt it come from here?  Or at least this is where we are expecting to get the Standard cost from.  

We are starting to setup our shipping warehouse to be able to use the “Receive and Put Away” feature of Acumatica through the mobile app on an mobile Android scanner and so far so good. Something we would like to do is scan the vendors inventory ID label and then have Acumatica print out a custom designed label (built with the report designer) with our own inventory ID and some other information on it.I see that I can link the vendors inventory ID to ours through the cross reference → barcode tab in a stock item, so no problem there. I have a report with an input for our stock item inventory ID which when given will generate the label we want to print out and stick on our newly received inventory.The part I don’t know is how to use the scanner to be able to scan the vendor inventory ID and have all of this work together and print. I would like to avoid creating a customization if at all possible but would consider it if there are no other options.

When creating a production order from the Critical Materials screen, it creates a linked production order with an end date based on the parent order start date, not the parent order’s operation start date.  We would rather it reference the operation start date, not the order start date.  Is there a setting we need to change that can accomplish what we’re trying to do?

Hello - within the projects module I have 68 different tasks.  I want to clean this up a bit.Is there  a way to change the Task ID / Description?  Everytime I try it defaults to a new task. If / When I change the Task ID - does Acumatica retroactively update my projects?Eric

Just checking if anybody in the Community know bit more about AWS S3 - External file storage integration. Any guidance or insight how to select the best S3 storage for Medium/M Resource level of Acumatica, what specs we may be looking for? And what pitfalls to avoid. I did check with Acumatica support and there was not much help either, so asking the community if anybody has any insight on this topic.Thanks 

I have a customer who wants to use the Pick List - Confirm Picked with Barcodes pick list as the default on the PROCESS SHIPMENTS screen:  I thought that by changing the Pick List report on the Sales Order Preferences screen, it would accomplish my goal but it didn’t:  Where do I set what the default pick list prints for the PROCESS SHIPMENTS screen?Thanks!

Hi, we have a few serialized products.  When I generate a PI and print Physical Count Sheets, it wants to print 20 pages for one item because it has each serial number on a separate line.  I would like to just count by Stock Item Number and assume all the serial numbers are correct. For example, instead of seeing 50 lines for #ABC123 with each line having a unique serial number, I’d like to see 1 line that says #ABC001 book qty 50, and an empty box for me to count the #ABC001 and say we have 50.  Any ideas?

How can I make partial payments on a bill entered in Acumatica.  Prepaid Insurance is annual lump sum and I need to make weekly partial payments from that bill. 

Prior to Acumatica, we simply managed the “Continue selling when out of stock” designation in Shopify. Now, it seems Acumatica wants to impose it’s will at a global level across all products for this setting.For 99% of our products, we want to NOT sell when out of stock. But, there are a handful that we DO. So, for those we’d like the “Continue Selling” checkbox to remain checked at all times so that when it does go out of stock, the customer can still buy it. See below from the Shopify Mapping Reference. I believe the setting I want is “Do Nothing” because that’s what I want I want Acumatica to do… Nothing (just leave Shopify alone). But, on the right, it seems to say that if the product goes to 0, then the checkbox is selected. But, I don’t want that to happen for the rest of my store. I’d like the ability to select that on a product by product basis.   It looks like the field lives at the Stock Item Level in the Ecommerce tab. However, it says “Store Default” and is not editable. Has anyone had issues with putting links in the description of a stock item or know how to fix it? it will let me put a link in there, but it will only pull up an empty box instead of navigating to the page. 

Hello All,We’ve setup a Business event that triggers the users for an AP check but currently it displays the info to whom the report is being sent instead of the vendor name in the report.The yello highlighted field displays the info of the receiver instead of the vendor. How can I resolve this? But when I run this particular report manually in the system, it displays the correct vendor info. ​​​​​​​

Is there a timeline that an ISV is required to supported the latest revision of Acumatica? I’m wanting to upgrade to Acumatica 2023 R2 but I have a key ISV that has only released support for 2023 R1. Two months seems like more than ample time to release R2 support. Thanks,Justin

I’m trying to figure out the best option for assigning company owned equipment (tools) to employees.  I’m not trying to job cost them in projects nor assign to specific service orders.  Similiar to assigning a Fixed Asset to a custodian except we don’t have the Fixed Asset module. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.  We have Service Management and Equipment is available but I don’t see how to assign (check out / check in) to specific employees.  

We allow backorders on sales orders. There are 2 different scenarios.  The first scenario is working where we ship some but not all line items (ex. ship line 1 complete, backorder line 2); the sales order goes to Back Order status, and when we are ready to ship the remaining line items, we go into Process Orders / Create Shipment, and select the sales order from the list.The second scenario is not working where we ship a partial quantity off a sales order line item (ex. ship only 5 units out of 10).  The sales order goes to Back Order status as expected, but Process Orders / Create Shipment will not list the sales order.  We have to Open the sales order to make it come up on the list.Are we doing something incorrectly?

Big Commerce is not giving me a new, clean Big Commerce sandbox so I can connect it to the Accumatica 2023 R2 Sandbox and test them in preparation of going live with the Acumatica 2023 R2 upgrade.  I was told as a Big Commerce enterprize customer I will only get one sandbox.  I have a Big Commerce Sandbox from the last time we upgraded our Acumatica.  Big Commerce is saying I do not get a new, clean Sandbox for testing.  And Big Commerce will not “clean out” the existing Sandbox.  I believe I should have a new, clean Big Commerce Sandbox to test the Acumatica 2023 R2 upgrade.  What should I do?

Hello All,I have a business event that should trigger a report. Below are the parameters filled up into the email template for the business event: The Gi that is created for this business event has the Primary table of APPayment. But when the notification gets triggered it attaches a blank report:​​​​​​​Whereas when I try to run the report manually by filling in the parameters it displays the correct info:​​​​​​​What is it that I shall modify in the Email notification → Attached Reports tab??​​​​​​​Thanks in advance.

All,I created a data provider and import scenario to update business accounts. It makes two changes:Updates a user-defined field of “Next Contact By” to replace the current person with “John Smith” (example) Updates the current BAccount owner with the new owner (“John Smith”)The user-defined “Next Contact By” field is updating properly (ie, changing Sally Jones to John Smith). But the owner field is deleting Sally Jones and leaving the field blank (it should be replaced with Sally Jones as well.)Could someone look at my xml/screenshot and tell me where I’m messing this up? 

Does anyone know how to prevent Staff from making changes to the Calendar Board??  I cannot find the security role setting specifically to make the Calendar Board “View Only” for our Staff.  Right now they can very easily click and move an Appointment from one timeslot to another, or from one person to another!

Scenario:SO Shipment is created with Shipment Date = 11/20/2023Shipment is Confirmed in Acumatica on 11/20/2023 so that PaceJet can process it (I don’t like the fact that PaceJet requires  Confirmation in order to process shipment, but that’s another topic).Warehouse cannot prepare the shipment until 11/29/2023Shipment is processed in PaceJet on 11/29/2023PaceJet pushes tracking data and attachments to Acumatica on 11/29/2023.PaceJet provided log showing that the integration sent new Shipment Date as 11/29/2023, but the Shipment Date remained as 11/20/2023 in the Acumatica shipment.Since the client is creating Invoices based on Shipment Date, they want to update the Shipment Date to the date when it was processed in PaceJet.PaceJet support says that this is an Acumatica issue.Do you have experience with the PaceJet integration that can help clarifying what the issue is in this case?Thanks
