I have a scenario were in an environment were the exchange rate changes on a daily basis, how best can I have a pop up message that appears either on the dashboard or on screen notifying the user that there have to change the exchange rate?

Hello,
Please add a schedule to the Refresh Currency Rates screen so that it refreshes itself once per day. Schedule button can be found at the top of Refresh Currency Rates screen.
First, select the currencies to be refreshed (all). Then click to add schedule, and Schedule screen pops up where you can select time of day, no expiration, etc.
Repeat for each currency - changing currency at top of screen, selecting on all lines of the grid, adding additional schedules to make sure each currency is auto-updating in both directions (such as USD to EUR as well as EUR to USD.
