Email template now show up as default in Project Quote

Hi all, I am trying to attach the email template for the Project Quotes. Meaning when I hit send the template automatically show up. I could not do it and when I looked for the email template it set the Project Quotes screen but that screen not allow me the email the quotes. Can someone help me with it ?
