I have a need to keep my users from changing the default time zone under their My Profile (User Preferences).
I cannot recall or find where that setting is under the Access Rights by Role screen.
Does anyone know where that is in the list of options?

Please navigate to tools and click on access rights to go right path to disable permissions
Naviagate to Hidden and find user profile
