Does anyone know why the same report would squash “one cell” text when moved from Sandbox Report Designer to Production? Settings are the same in both --> we can't seem to find line height, that is our only idea where this might be a solution.I was able to edit all other text fields to single lines as it happened in every combined text field. But I don't want to adjust the "bill to" and "ship to" fields because they're formulas. Same goes for the "Description".

I have a custom page that will allow a user to select several records from a grid and then click a ‘Generate Document’ button that will use a stored proc & several API calls in order to retrieve details from the selected records and generates a document using these details.Each record has the ‘Selected’ property which handles the checkbox selection and lets the ‘Generate Document’ button know which records to pull the details from (using the Reference Number on each selected record).I am using the ‘PXRedirectToFileException’ to download the file after the final API call returns the byte[] array that represents the generated document (and creating a new ‘FileInfo’ object using this byte[] array and a previously declared document name).I don’t run into any errors when executing my code and interacting with the page but when I try to click ‘Generate Document’ there is a slight loading period and then nothing happens UNTIL I click another checkbox on any record and then the file is dow

We have a business event that sends remittance advice to vendors for EFT payments. This business event does not run when there is a prepayment included in the application history (see below): Can’t figure out why this prevents the business event from being run. The business event is set to run on Record Inserted - and the record is there but nothing happens when there is a prepayment?

Hello Everyone,I want to override the submit action on the Project Quote screen to add custom logic for data validation. However, the Project Quote graph and its extensions do not contain this action code for overriding.The submit action is defined in the EPApprovalActionExtensionPersistentRequired generic class, which is an approval view in the Project Quote graph.How can I override this action to add my custom logic? Thanks

It is thus proportional to the particular quantity of a product sold, regardless of its price. Excise taxes, for instance, fall into this tax category.” 

Hi Team, One of our customer has below requirement. They have 5 branches with one head office. At every branch level, they raise a purchase requests. Based on that​ head office will raise a purchase order and get the items. However, the GRN will also be happening by the head office. Then based on the purchase requests items has to be issued to the branches. How can we track this process. Thanks! 

I'm encountering an error when trying to release the correction invoice in Acumatica. The system displays the following message: "The invoice cannot be canceled because it has the credit memo applied. Reverse the credit memo application before you cancel the invoice."The Credit memo is in Status close and only option on the credit memo is the following: I’m currently at a lost and because of this error we can’t release the new invoice because the above error keepings on popping up. This is also preventing us from closing the period as it still need us to release the new invoice. Want should we do I need urgent assistance on this. Thanks

Hello!We have 2 company benefits that we give the employee the option to pay the taxes on, so if they ever need to use it, they won’t be taxed on it.  The deduction is based on a formula, and doesn’t fit in to any of the preset options on the Deduction/Benefit set up (of being calculated as a flat amount, % of gross, % of net, % of custom, or amount by hour) The formulas are ((employee hourly rate x 2080)/52) x .00289 for the 1st benefitfor the 2nd benefit ((employee hourly rate x 40 x 0.60)/10) x 0.052Any suggestions on how to set this up? Thank you!

EDIT:  Solved, reset to default fixed it. Hello,We have a dashboard for our sales team with a bunch of widgets that are working fine.  We have added a new widget and all members of the sales team can see it but 1 single person.  There is no lock, the widget is just not there.  Even the entire layout is showing an old layout.  This has been tested on multiple computers with this user’s account.  Is there something I can do to get him to see the current layout with all widgets? We have also checked all roles with another sales person and they match.  Though if it was a role issue, there would be a lock icon.  Not the widget missing entirely and the layout being completely wrong.

Hello, I need to give edit access to Invoice->Financial->Customer Tax Zone (see screenshot below) to a role. I cannot find the node in Access Rights by Screen that controls this field. Can anyone help? Can anyone help me with how to navigate to an access node with a known field?  

We are looking to set the Manual entry checkbox as true by default in our customization but when we do this it causes an error on the convert to opportunity dialog box on the leads page as it is looking for an amount but none can be given as that field doesn’t exist on that dialog box. We are looking to add both the manual entry check box and the amount field from the opportunities form to the lead dialog box, but they do not appear as available fields when trying to add them. Is there a way to add these fields to the dialog box?      

A client of mine recently purchased the database backup subscription, which should allow us to access their backups. But I’m unsure where I go to access them. Haven’t found any instructions. Anyone know?

Can someone help me with the joinin to get the Approved Employee from this screen ?I want to get the approved employee related to this Refnbr. I tried so many ways but none of it is working.This is the joinin that im currently using in my report schema builder.Also the dac mentioned in the inspect element of the approved employee is hidden. Therefore i am trying to get it through its base dac which is EPEmployee. Also once the record is approved the name and id goes to EPApproval dac. How can i navigate from APPayment to EPEmployee/EPApproval in order to get the approved employee name ? Please help!

Hi! I’m trying to delete specific Vendors from the Stock Item / Vendor tab. I have an Import Scenario that will Delete a Vendor but, only when it appears at the top of the list. How can I set the Import Scenario to search all attached Vendors and Delete the specified Vendor Id? I have 9200 of these so really not wanting to do them manually.    

Is there any documentation out there that describes all of the target objects and field/action names for import mapping? Also the reasoning behind some of the actions? Thanks!

We have backflush on some material in the prod detail, but when we do the Move transaction on that operation, a material transaction does not get created - and the material does not get issued. Anyone have this issue?

Build 23.212.0024A number of users are asking why the “Enter PO Receipt” button remains visible on a PO even when all stock item line quantities are covered by existing PO Receipts.Since it isn’t possible to easily see the existing PO Receipts for a PO, users can mistakenly create another PO Receipt. Quantities will be zero on the new (duplicate PO Receipt) but why allow it in the first place from the PO?Thinking there must be a good reason but can’t think of it. Any ideas?The SO workflow, as a comparison (which I would assume to be similar), doesn’t allow you to create shipments when all line quantities are already on shipments so why the difference? Another difference is that shipments created from the “Create Shipment” button on the SO are created and saved automatically whereas PO Receipts aren’t saved until you click the save button.

Hello, Working on report designer SO643000.rpxI have been looking through a few solutions on the discussion boards about adding the Shipped Qty as well as the Open Order Qty onto the Invoice without duplicating lines or having the whole report error out. None of these solutions have worked for me so far. I have tried the following connections:ARTran-SOOrder  & ARTran-SOLine \\\\SOOrder-SOLine \\\\ARInvoice-SOOrderShipment & SOOrderShipment-SOOrderLine None of these three solutions has worked out. I either get duplicated values or the whole report errors out. Does anyone have more suggestions? Thanks,Megan
