Hi all,Why can I see the Contact table in the Schema Builder but not in Expression Editor.   I am using the statement notification email template and there are a specific email setup on the customer contact and set in mailing & printing tab So I am trying to send the customer statement to the mail address that I setup on the customer mailing and Printing.  Thank you in advance.Dries  

I want to add a filter to the report in the report designer. The filter is based on the LastModifiedDate of the AMMTran object. So far, I have tried=DateAdd(Today(),'d',-1) and Today(), but both these filters are not fetching the data correctlyHow do I get the date filter to work?Thank You.

Hello All,Normally we will get the Landed Cost around 3 - 5 days after receiving goods.If we sell products during that time, the item cost will exclude the Landed Cost.Then, when entering the Landed Cost for the sold items (that item does not exist in the system anymore), the amount number of this Landed Cost will go to an expense account.In this case, the cost of goods sold will be wrong.Has anyone got this situation? The additional case for those who use the module Construction. When the amount number of this Landed Cost goes to an expense account, there is no project ID. So the request was to add the Recurring Unit Price to the Generic Inquiry for Service Contracts [ScreenID: FS3057PL].   However, when I add the item to the results grid after joining the FSContractPeriodDet Table to the Parent Table: FSServiceContract, I get duplicate line entries on the GI.  I have tried a few things to remedy this and can’t seem to figure it out.  I tried grouping by the Service Contract ID, but it totals the amounts of the lines and that is not correct.  There should only be one line per Service Contract.Here is the GI: Here are the results:  

My Acumatica reseller told me that the limit for a single import using either an SQL table or excel spreadsheet based import scenario is 10,000 lines. The seems a bit small given the fact I can import much larger datasets into the free version of MSSQL using and excel spreadsheet.My question then is if that is indeed a limit, and I have over 250,000 activities to import into the CRM portion of Acumatica, is there a tool that anyone know of that can take a large excel spreadsheet of all the 250,000 activities and automatically generate smaller excel spreadsheets of no more that 10,000 lines so I can import them into Acumatica using and import scenario. Any tools or approaches that others have used to import large amounts of data that go beyond 10,000 lines would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to build a GI or maybe a report, that can quickly show me items and when they were produced.  Is there a table somewhere that captures when a order changes status?  I’d like to see the date that certain Work Orders were completed.

We have a client who is using Avalara to process sales tax and they have requested a report or inquiry showing monthly sales by ship-to state that will allow them to audit Acumatica sales tax versus Avalara sales tax reports. Has anyone created anything like this?

Hello, We just implemented Shopify for both ecommerce and POS and I’ve noticed an issue with the order type import on a few orders. I’m not sure why or how this is happening. On the Shopify Stores screen, we have our Order Type for Import set as WB for web orders, and then FI and FO are the POS order types. However, a few orders have come through with a different order type, MO for mail order.   The one common thing I have been able to find between these sales orders is that there are items included that are automatically fulfilled (for shipping orders) or items that are not automatically fulfilled (for in store orders). Has anyone else noticed this issue or resolved something like this? Thanks in advance!

Has anyone ever had to make mass adjustments to multiple employees taxable wages before?When you go to the Taxes tab on the Paychecks and Adjustments screen, select a tax code you can manually enter taxable wage adjustments in the right hand pane. This is great but if we need to do this to 100-500 employees doing this manually is quite difficult and time consuming for the customer.Has anyone had any success? Screen: One of the import scenario’s I have tried:Import By Scenario with Error:There is clearly a Wage Type 

If a user needs to reclassfy the expense account of bill, but the original posting period is already closed,then it’s currently not possible to reclassify that in the next open posting period with GL506000. The field posting period is greyed out. The posting date can be changed, it does not lead to a newer posting period though. Is this by design?How can a user correct thiswithout reopening the previous posting period (due to already filed reportings to group companies)? and with keeping up the transparency of reports with / without reclassified transactions?

Hello team, is there a setting in Acumatica for Shopify POS sales orders so that the orders status is set to completed instead of open? At the moment, all Shopify POS orders are coming in as open and we have to close them manually.

Hello - We are a US based hotel company, with one of our properties having a Swedish owner. We need to report our financial statements in USD under GAAP, but our owner also would like to view the reports converted to Swedish Krona. Is there a way to convert a report that has a USD balance to another currency, or will we have to create a separate company and run all of the transactions with the currency converter?Thanks!

Hi team, We have a scenario where a vendor has two points from which they distribute stock to us. Location A is denominated in euro, location B in USD. Looking to support our procurement team by setting defaults for currency which follow the location field for vendor rather than default at vendor, and then allowing override. Before you suggest splitting the vendor into two, it can occur that for speed of delivery they switch locations and thus the order currency. I understand it is difficult/not possible to switch a PO between vendors once issued so we didn’t think that met our needs - but correct me if that’s wrong.Thanks!

Is there a way to view MRP Details from any prior date MRP was generated on?  I would like to be able to show what MRP was recommending (and the Detail Inquiry to support that) from a previous date.  For example, see what sales orders were driving the demand that may have been changed or deleted?Thanks

Hello,We have a GI that shows our Purchasing Dept. what needs to be re-ordered for items.  I’ve been able to create the whole thing and use the Row Style to highlight High Priority items in ‘red’.  They have asked if I could instead just make the color of the values ‘red’ instead of the entire row.  Specifically the Qty. On Hand column.  Picture below. 

Two employee paystubs out of the entire company will not print with the rest. They used to print along with all the other paystubs but after a system update in February, they stopped.

Hi team, Our logistics team has a use case to re-route/change the destination warehouse of our imported inventory. Is there a way to update the destination of a TR or let any location receive a TR? Our current solution would be an additional 1 step transfer to adjust planned to final destination however this would cause issues with recording landed cost as well as being additional admin. Appreciate the help!

When recording a bill for inventory purchase, we add sales tax and freight recording directly to expense account. When setting up the system, we talked about how we don’t necessarily have the tax and freight costs at time of receiving product so we set it up this way to add at time of entering the bill.  This is creating a timing issue as we cross over a month end with a significant inventory purchase and the tax/freight skewing margins as they are expensed in month of bill and then customer invoice is following month.  How can we set this up in the system better to avoid this?   

Good day team,I created the import scenario below to grant my client access to select a debit adjusment and on the checks and payments screen, be able to assign a specific bill that will be provided on the import scenario and by adding the type, refnbr and amount paid, I am trying to make it where they just need to run the import scenario and the debit adjusment will be applied and released. But I keep getting an error The Release button is disabled., can someone help me to identify what error I have? Thank you so much.

Is there a way to login as a user on the customer portal, as there is in the main ERP environment?I need to troubleshoot what a user is seeing, but can’t find a way to login as them.

Hi!I am trying to import transactions into Cash purchases using the ACU Import AP Cash Purchases Template. It’s going good other than it is importing all line items into one transaction. I thought it would make a separate transaction for each line.. Any suggestions on how to do that? Thanks!AC
