Hi All,

Although the full access (Delete) was granted to the user, the user was unable to use help desk by using “?” icon on the screen and received this error as follows. Could you please let me know that what is the reason and how can I resolve it.

This is not related to access rights, caused by a customization 


Hi @nawanjanahansamali50  if you have any customizations, can you please un-publish them during off business hours and try again so that we can confirm that this issue is causing from the customizations or not.

I believe the issue might be due to the customization done on the Opportunities screen. Could you please unpublish the specific package and try to access the screen again?

Additionally, please check the trace for a detailed error log. This will help you identify what’s causing the issue.
