Hi @skumar98

1/. Employee in Acumatica is an employee in a company.
Employee's status: Inactive => The employee has quit his job

Employee can have a User to access Acumatica or not have a User to access Acumatica.
Employee links to the User at "Employee Login"

2/. User is the person using Acumatica. User may be an employee of the company or not an employee of the Company.

When you no longer want Users to access Acumatica, select "DISABLE USER". Or the employee using this User has left the job => you select "DISABLE USER"
User can link with Employee at "Linked Entity"

Best Regards,

NNT
