Hello,

I have two sales orders where the serial numbers have been swapped. Both orders have already been shipped and invoiced. Is there any way to reverse or reassign the correct serial numbers to these orders?

You are not going to be able to change the serial number since the order has been shipped. The only suggestion I have it to annotate it on the line as a note.
