Duplicate amount in AR aging report -ref 5692. We see a duplicate amount in AR report by customer. How to fix it?

@Lesia07 thanks for sharing! this is really weird! i am not seeing anything on the known issues list for the version you are on.  when you drill into the 5692 invoice from the AR aging report, does it show you the duplicate lines or does it show the correct amount as your screenshot shows? also, is this report customized at all? (sorry for all the questions 😅)

I would recommend submitting a case to acumatica, the support team should be able to login and poke around to troubleshoot what’s going on.  

We see the correct amount only in the AR Sensitive report. All records are correct, but there are problems with the AR Aging by Vendor report. When we drill into the 5692 invoice from the AR Aging report, it doesn’t show the duplicate lines.

Hello, 

Has the AR Aging report been customized? People in the Report Designers Role can see Report Versions tab. Please deactivate any custom report versions shown on Report Versions tab and see whether the amount is still doubled.
