Hi All,

we created a GI and published to UI with granted for all roles, next we created business event with GI and added a email subscriber and schedule also. Now in system monitor we are getting below error

we are in 24R1, version 24.107.0004. Can someone please help us what the issue is about.

@ckwiat46 Can you delete and recreate the Site Map and verify the result,

Also, change the site Map ID in the different environment and re-import it.

 

Try restarting application once.

Hi @ckwiat46 

Go to the Site Map screen > Click to find GIXXXXXX > If the system cannot find this GI, it means that this GI has been deleted or does not exist.

@ckwiat46  Did you create this Business Event using the associated Generic Inquiry (GI), or are you encountering the error during the creation of the Business Event with this GI? If the error occurs while creating the Business Event, it suggests that the GI may not exist in this instance.

 

Please ensure that the GI is created and then proceed with creating the Business Event.
