Has anyone also noticed that the global / universal search in Acumatica is not returning 100% of the possible results since we did the update for R1 2033.   For example not all customers populate, not all invoices etc…  Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to rebuild the search indexes (initially please try this process in the test environment/after business hours)

I have the same problem. After R1 2023 the global search can´t find invoice numbers.

To rebuild the index on SM209500 didn´t solve this.

What was the solution for this?


we just upgraded top 2023 R2 from 2022 R1 and are seeing same inconsistent search results.  i have opened a ticket with our VAR.


Has anyone been able to find a fix for this? We just upgrade to 2023R1 from 2021R1 and are having the same issues.


We also have the same issue. It looks like it does a “startswith” (searchterm%) search instead of a “contains” (%searchterm%) search.
