When we try to open/print the Sales Orders or Shipment confirmations, the website throws the following two errors. They both seem to be related to the same issue, but I’m not sure where to fix this issue. Any advice on how to fix?Error Log for Shipment ConfirmationError Log for Sales Orders 

Hi! Would anyone know why a CO that was recorded/approved in the correct month would not show on the Project WIP with date range report for that timeframe? The task, CO, and approval of said CO was entered December 2024. Another was entered Jan 2025 but both only show in January and nothing in December. Thanks!

Good day,I have workgroups set up to approval purchase orders, quotes, etc.  However, the members of the group also enter purchase orders, quotes, RMA, etc.  I would set up away that the owner/creator of the transactions can not approve is own work and that another member of the workgroup has to approve it.  From audit perspective, approving your document could be an issue and seems to defeat the purpose of having workgroups.  We just started using workgroups.  Any ideas?  Is this a customization?  Do I need a developer?Thank you. 

We’ve set up a sales order for a configurable product and put in a configuration for the item. When the production order is created, the details do not flow into the MRP. Is it something we’re doing wrong?

Hello I was curious if any has been able to use PO recognition - PDF Extract tool and was able to answer some of my questions. While watching the tutorial video, I noticed that they mention clicking the "Recognize" button, which then uses recognition algorithms to extract the important data and create the Sales Order. Are you able to highlight the fields you want to go into different sections, or do you rely on the algorithm to find all the right information? For those who have used it before, would you say it is pretty accurate in finding the information? I ask because my company has some complicated POs, and I was wondering if you can select and anchor information, similar to how UI Path does it with their automation systems. Is it able to read a PO that is more than one page? For example, some of the POs we receive extend to two pages or sometimes even three.Thank you in advanced for your help.

How can I create/add a select all box on CST.PR.50.30.00 Create Liability Bills screen? Right now I can only select one screen at a time. I want to be able to check all boxes before I process anything. I need to know the total that I am selecting and cannot just click “Process All.”

We have a client on 2022 R2 that has the Construction module. Under Projects in the Cost Budget, users are able to delete a line item that has amounts reflected under the Actual Amount Column and Save without any warning messages. Is this a known issue or possible bug? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,Frances

Hello,I am looking for clarity on the Process Bank Transactions > Match to Expense Receipts workflowSubmit (but not claim) expense receipts.  Import bank transactions Process Bank Transactions > Auto-Match System found a match Process Bank Transactions > Process Nothing happened to the matched expense receipt. Ie. Same status and not claimedIs this how it is supposed to work? Do I need to manually claim the expense receipt?

Does anyone have a process in Acumatica to inactivate their vendors in the database that are no longer being used?  

We use cases and tasks to manage our customer requests. We have two classes, support and project.  For support cases we have an SLA of 2 days to solve the case.  Project cases have work tasks associated.  Do others use this module this way and if so, how do you properly report on SLA’s, open and close times, time to complete?  Do you have any dashboards that are native to Acumatica that you use?

Is it possible to change the hyperlink in a financial statement from the General Ledger Details report to a custom report? If so, can this be done per report or would be for all reports?

We run a few automated process overnight, confirm shipments, prepare invoices, release invoices.Occasionally there are errors in this process, where a shipment or invoice is held back from being processed for some reason.Is there a way to set up within Acumatica, where these error message are emailed to a specified email address?This is to with the aim to be more efficient, rather than going into that process, to see if there are any errors.Thanks,

However, I am confused as it is complex to understand. In our scenario, there are 3 types of access rights.Access Rights by License Type Access Rights by Role Access Rights by ScreenThere are modules, forms, functions and what not.Example: If we grant ‘Employee’ License and ‘Administrator’ role to them. And both have different level of access rights.In this case,Which access right over-rides to each other? Is there a hierarchy ? Either this is a bug, or I’m missing something simple.On the PO505000 Create Purchase Orders Screen, fields from joined DACs are always empty.Controls for Joined Data FieldsThis works on other grids, and I don’t see any difference on the Create Production Orders screen, but it’s not working and a lot of the columns on the screen are empty.Any Ideas?For example, the customer name column is added, and the column is visible on the grid, but is always empty. 

Hi EveryoneI have provided details to some of my colleagues on downloading the mobile app but they are having issues gaining access.I had originally set up 2FA and the app was requesting an access code but no notification anywhere of what the code is.I followed the basics for them to remove the app entirely and reinstall after I removed the 2FA. It is still requesting a code.I even generated access codes but none of these are working.Any ideas?Thanks!

Client has a Physical Inventory Type with Generation Method = By Inventory, and Select Method = List Of Items. When the PI is in Data Entering Status, they are not able to count new Items that were not in the original List of Items due to warning “Combination of selected Inventory Item and Warehouse Location is not allowed for this Physical Count.”Is there a way to count new Items or is this is how this PI Type is supposed to work?Thanks
