Unable to trigger email for labor screen from create and edit inspection datasheet button.

Hello Experts, I am facing one issue in business event i need to trigger mail from labor or move screen once create and edit inspection datasheet button is pressed.

1.Have taken type as trigger by action, but unable to trigger mail from this event .

2.Create and Edit Inspection datasheet button is QC user defined custom button.

​@vishalsharma49 I have never done a business event on that screen and it must be one of the screens they are now configured for. You can if you have development knowledge enable it see post below

​@vishalsharma49 Should you not be added it to the screen AM301000 as you have selected the Generic Inquiry screen. You would need to modify the GI Entry Point to Enable Mass Actions i feel to make it work on the GI screen

In the Business event screen unable to find AM301000 screen name, even updated changes in GI Entry point to Enable Mass action but still not working.
