Hello Community,

I am looking for the ability to have a company with multiple branches have the transactions created in said branches roll up into the main company ledger. Is this something that can be setup by default with intercompany\branch functions or another way? I understand we could accomplish something like this with ARM reports, but really, we are looking for journal entries to be created in the parent company for bank consolidation purposes. Does anyone know of an existing configuration that would allow this? Thanks in advance!

Just to close out this thread, this is the solution we came up with working with Acumatica support. The solution of having the individual branches utilize the same actual ledger and one of those branches being used as the primary source of consolidation. That consolidation branch will be set as the primary branch on each cash account, and we will turn off the “Restrict visibility to branch” setting on each cash account. This allows us to post to that cash account from each branch and run the consolidation from all transactions in the singular branch.
