 We recently started using Fortis and are getting a “Contact Not Found” error.  The contact does exist, and has an email address?  Why is this happening and how can we correct it? 

I need to subtract the sales order of today from yesterdayIn excel as shown below I can put this formula (+C7-C6) and get the difference between the numbers from yesterday and today. how can I do this in Acumaticathis is my Grid 

How can I put a warehouse ID by default during the transfer? I setting the profile and I put the warehouse default and this appear when I scan but when I gonna do the transfer with the pc the space of warehouse ID appear empty. 

Hi, I have a field to display PO#, and I’m trying to make its size dynamic, but despite trying all possible properties, it still only displays as much as fits in the original field size.I tried CanGrow first, then also ticked WordWrap, CanSplit, and Multiline, and as a last attempt, I also ticked CanShrink—none of them worked.The Report Designer version matches the Acumatica version, and the text field is not inside any other panel.I know I can manually increase the field size, but I’m trying to understand if these properties are actually functional. Any insights?Thanks! 

Hello! I run a ledger report which includes all our all our Companies. However, I would like a column included on the General Ledger report which indicates which company the line was recorded to. Is this a possibility? Does any one know where I can go?

Hi All,Does anyone know how to retain Generic Inquiry (GI) filter shared setup values after adding a new column to the same GI?Issue:After adding a new column to the existing GI, all the previously saved filter values are reset to default. This is causing dissatisfaction as the customer has to recreate all previous filters manually. The Screen ID remains unchanged, only a column was added.Request:Is there a way to preserve the filter values when modifying a GI? In my acumatica customisation project . I want to add a new button in Vendor edit screen . HI All,I want the system to automatically create Purchase Receipt type Transfer Receipt for Sales Orders type Transfer when the Shipment was updated IN (Status = Completed).So I have setup as below:Create a Generic Inquiry  which list down all the info needed from SO, SH as attached file AU-216-01. In this GI, I only list the SH transaction has Status = Completed. Create a Business Event trigger by Schedule. 2.1. Create Subscriber Import Scenarios as attached AU-216-03. This Import Scenarios will help to add the Transfer Order. Every order will be a Purchase Receipt transaction. After adding the Transfer Order, will need to be update the Location on DetailsIssue in this step: for an item have more than 2 Lot Nbr, cant import Location       2.2 Create Schedule. In schedule I have a condition if Receipt Nbr is Empty, which means the Business Event will import for all the SO in Generic Inquiry havent had Purchase Receipt Nbr yetDo you have any idea on mapping to import Location working in

Please see the screenshot below. My understanding is that a LBS = 16 OZ, so when the FROM unit is LBS, it should be divided 16 to OZ, which is “To unit”. But why Acumatica shows “LBS Multiply 16 to OZ”, this is very confusing 

My version is 24r2 207 so i am not sure what causing this issue. I logged in as an admin too.

I'm setting up my first import scenario for cash transactions (CS.20.40.00). While I've successfully set up the provider and provider object, I'm encountering issues in the mapping section. The test import file prepares the lines perfectly, but the actual import returns multiple errors—here's the latest one. Could someone please share a screenshot of their scenario so I can compare and see where I am going wrong? 

We are a professional services company and we have a unique billing rule that we have to set-up, but I am not sure how to do this. We are still in the implementation phase of Acumatica.The rule that I have to set-up is the following:If the employee works 5 hours or more a day, then we would bill a fixed rate of $5,000. If they worked less than 5 hours a day then we would bill their time at their “normal” billing rate.Anyone have an idea on how to set this up?Thank you.

I work as a Client Relations Specialist at my company, which is new to Acumatica. Our Operations Manager suggested that we begin learning the system before it goes live. My job is taking orders mostly from POs and answering clients questions. I was curious about which learning path I should start with, especially from those who have already gone through the process and were in a similar position.Thakn you.

I would like to send emails with links that open up the ACU mobile app to a screen and record. The only way I have found to do this is with a Push Notification, however this is not an option for me.A use case for this is when a reminder is sent out to a field employee the link takes them to the web app, when the mobile app would be much more functional and appropriate.I think the technique is called deep linking. I am not sure if this requires development to work with the mobile app or is even a feature. Please advise if this is possible, and if not lets please add it to the feature request list. 

Some online services like Facebook and Amazon give users a choice, when clicking on their URLs contained within emails, of navigating to the pages in a browser or choosing to view them in their mobile app. Is there a way to accomplish this with Acumatica?  We've configured notifications containing URLs providing quick and easy access to forms in Acumatica.  For example, an email notifying someone that a subcontract awaits their approval contains a link to the subcontract in Acumatica.  We would prefer, when a user clicks on such a link in an email on their mobile device, to be given the option to open it in the Acumatica app instead of the browser.

  Alright, not sure where to begin troubleshooting this so I thought I would bring it to the group.  I have created a pretty simple dashboard to highlight FLM Appointments that are over 1 day old for a certain Service Order Type.  The filter that I have created seems to be working from a number return but the drill down doesn’t match the number return.Screenshots:  The Result of 2 out of the 5 being over 1 Day Old is correct, I have went and manually validated that, but when  I click into the drill down it only gives me one result.  Any Thoughts? Thanks,Chris Lower

The Customers form already displays a few fields that are actually stored on the Default Customer Location record (like most of the detail on the Shipping tab).  I had a custom field (in DAC, not a UDF) on the Locations table for a drop ship ID that our primary vendor provides for each customer location (Location.usrDropShipID).  I’d like to add the drop ship ID for the Primary Location on the customer to the Shipping tab, so that we can populate it during customer setup, just like we do with default warehouse and default Ship Via.Since the screen is already pulling in data from the default location record, I’m hoping this is as simple as (somewhere) defining this additional field for the form, and then adding it to the Shipping Instructions group just like if I were adding in a stock field from the Customer record.

Ok, I'm sure I'm missing something super simple. i have a report that I want to summarize open/unpaid balances for a customer where certain Sales Orders are Flagged (with a manual) Checkbox. I have the schema and all data flowing properly in the report EXCEPT when it comes to totaling the report.   I assumed that I could accomplish this with grouping, but that doesn't seem to work.In the report you can see i have 2 Sales Orders.  The report should calculate the total unpaid, but it is circling through and adding up the unpaid balance from ALL the lines on the SO.  I thought if i put the 'totals' in a group and grouped by Customer AcctCD that it would sum at that level but I"m obviously missing something:

I am trying to add line items to an existing order via the API.  I am able to create orders with line items via the API, but I have found that if the number of line items is too high, the process times-out/fails.So I am attempting to create the order header, then loop through the line items and add them in batches of a certain # of lines (TBD, possibly 100).  My script is creating the order header no problem, but I can’t get it to add any line items.  This is the error msg:Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.\r\nParameter name: Invalid uri structureThis is the URL:  https://xyz.com/entity/Default/22.200.001/SalesOrder/1712261/DetailsI then modified the URL to be: https://xyz.com/entity/Default/22.200.001/SalesOrder?$expand=Details&$select=OrderType,OrderNbr,Details/OrderQty,Details/InventoryID,OrderedQty,OrderTotal I do not get an error with this 2nd URL, but it just hangs.  My script hangs and I do not see activity in Acumatica.  This is the request payload: {"

Please advise why I am can't do. -If all of have the excel file sample about AR, Customer, Vendor that can import successful in system May I, have it? because I have customers that need to import excel file to show them for demo in the next week. I am getting errors on a few move transactions in an environment that just went live. This is only happening for a few orders. Ideas?
