I need to consume pots to make a finished good. I’m automating this process. I need to find the UNIT PRICE for these pots. I used INItemCost.AvgCost as my source for this data. Is this incorrect? Hey All,I was wondering if there is any way (without a customization project), to filter the drop down options of a parameter based on the selected value of another parameter. In this case, I have selected the Inventory ID that I would like, then I want to select a BOM ID that is related with that Inventory ID.  But, currently, the parameter options are every single BOM ID. I have seen this a BOM Attributes Customization Project, where you pick the BOM ID,  and then you can pick a revision number, that is associated with that BOM ID.   But this is how my current parameter displays the drop down.  Does anyone know if I can get the BOM ID parameter to only show me BOM ID’s related to the InventoryID? Thanks for your help.

This question is a bit different from a prior question regarding how to reverse an inventory receipt.  In our case, we did an Issue out of inventory that reduced our Inventory account and went to our inventory shrinkage account.  We have to make some changes to the sku accounting methods, so we transferred it all out in order to make the change, then will move it all back in.After we issued it out, however, we received in via the Receipts transaction rather than do a corresponding inventory adjustment in. It correctly increased the inventory, but the other side of the transaction hit their finished goods control account rather than shrinkage.  Now we have an imbalance and we can’t determine how to reverse the purchase receipt so we can adjust the inventory in properly and make it all balance.The Issue out:The Receipt: Since accounts 1200 and 1202 are control accounts in our case, we can’t just reverse the batch for the receipt.Does anyone know how we can do a reversal of the Receipt su

Hello,Is there any way to add both of these tables (ARContact) to the SO.Invoice GI Inquiry? I added them, but I don't see two tables on the Result Grid tab to choose a field from. I previously added ARContact for shipping, and I don't see any value on the inquiry page after I added the second one. I had to delete the ARContacte for billing in order that ARContact for shipping should work. 

hello all,I have been trying to recalculate prices on sales orders using an import scenario, but it doesnt seem to work. When I try to manually recalculate it does get, but not via import scenario. What is it that I am doing wrong here? The import scenario would be run via a biz event. So I have created a GI to list the SO on hold and whenever a new sales order would be created, the biz event should be fired.

Importing the information from Salesforce to Acumatica is not a problem for me but when I want to export the information, I have in Acumatica for Salesforces I continue to get the following error: INVALID_FIELD: There is no such column 'Acumatica_NoteID__c' in the Account object in Salesforces that column is already configured, any idea of what it can be??

Hi Acumatica People, For my Vendors import scenario, about 1/3 of my records are failing with the error, Shipping Terms FEDEXGRND Can not Be Found in the System.  To make this error more intrguing, I am attaching my import scenario and my source Excel file (my data provider is really SQL, but for you all, I created this scenario). observations about this error: Shipping Terms is the value, PREPAID, and ship via is UPSGRND (not FEDEXGRND) and FEDEXGRND is the ship via, right? The trace conveys that perhaps the termid that I have is not found??  ….I am attaching my import scenario.

Has anyone been able to have multiple visible expressions at once? I cannot get mine to work. I have two I want to combine on the details section of a report:      1) Color coding every other line: =[$LineNbr] % 2 = 0  or in the second detail section it would be =[$LineNbr] % 2 = 1I have a Note section. It should only show if there is a note. If not then do not show:  = ([LineNote.NoteText]<>Null And [LineNote.NoteText]<>'') How can I combine the two to make it work where it will color code if there is a note line, else the line does not show at all.

UPS integrated shipping has the option for gif files, which are great for sharing with customers, as it can be used without a Zebra Printer. However, the file comes out horizontal, as shown in the below image. Is there a way to get the UPS Gif files to print out vertically, instead of the default horizontal?

Good day I am creating a GI which will list all the lines and their columns from the relations tab for each opportunity record.The following tables have been used for the GI: CRRelations, CR Contact, CR Opportunitiy, CR Leads, BAccount, So Sales Orders. I am having difficulty showing the status of each line, as this could come form a number of tables (i.e. sales order, leads, customer, etc.) I have tried using the ‘Target Type’ from the Relations table in an IF statement, but I don’t seem to be getting the name of the type ‘name’ correct.Does anyone know how this can be achieved in possibly a simpler way?Thank you.

An account was added while creating BUDGET for 2025. That account is no longer visible under FINANCE/BUDGET but it is visible on P&L Budget. That specific account needs to be updated and cannot be located. I was looking in every subaccount, in case it was posted in the wrong place and nothing. That account has not been added to Budget configuration prior to entering it to the budget. However, it is showing under different branch budget P&L and BUDGET. I added this account to Budget configuration, but it is still not visible, nowhere to be found. I am getting an error of duplicate account/subaccount if I want to add it again. 

Using Shopify Plus+ b2b .We have 3 branches, and orders are required to be imported with the connector to the respective branch.There is a lack of mapping options available to the Company Entity.We tried manually inserting a metafield into the Customer. The metafield value definitely exist on the customer.Receiving  error "SalesOrder.Details[0].Branch: 'Branch' cannot be empty.Inserting  'Sales Order Line' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors.”What are our options for mapping to the right branch? We have too many customers to do it by locationid in orderdata. 

We currently have one company setup without using branches, The subaccount segment string is AAA-BBB where AAA is the Department and BBB is the Product.  We want to add the physical location by either creating branches or a third segment in the subaccount segment string ie CCC is the Location.  Is there any benefit to creating Branches (say for data entry, reporting, complexity of system administration) to capture this information compared with changing the subaccount string to include a third segment ? 

In Bills and adjustments, when an invoice is created and any supplier is selected, an item is automatically entered. What is desired is that a default item does not appear. Can you help me please?
