Hi everyone,I'm having trouble because I submitted a third-party service request to Acumatica and, using the information, created a selector control, but this affected performance and slowed down the system.The selector's instruction was:PXStringListAttribute.SetList<MyDac.field>(sender, row, values.ToArray(), values.ToArray()); Then, I used the RowSelected method where I requested the WS and set the information in the control, but it is very heavy because I need to make 4 different requests in this event handler.Do you know of any other ways to do this?I'd appreciate any help! :)

Hi all, I tried a low code customization to set a dropdown menu’s default value, and for some reason it’s not working. So I’m attempting to set the default via customized attribute like this:[PXDBInt][PXIntList(new int[] {0, 1,}, new string[] {"No", "Yes"})][PXDefault[(0)][PXUIField(DisplayName="Mold or Part Texture?")]I’ve tried setting the default to 0, to No (no quotes) and “No”, and none of them seem to work… I must be doing something wrong! :) Any help appreciated.

I am very familiar with Generic Inquiry.I am trying to create a new one, even getting down to a very basic request, such as list AssetCD’sI get the result “error has occured”… generic inquiry does not exist anymore.I checked another one that worked, copied and pasted to a new GI and the same error message result….We recently upgraded to 2024R2.Anybody else having that issue?   

If a company has two domains, meaning their email addresses can end in @ABC.com and @XYZ.com, and they use Azure AD, can both domains be allowed to login to Acumatica via AD?Currently, the users with emails ABC.com are successfully logging in via AD, but not the XYZ.com users. The error they get is “Error: Login failed” beside the AD login in icon.(I can login as the XYZ.com users from the Users screen and can see the screens to which they have access, so I know the Acumatica access side is OK.)I read the in the S200 course guide that the web.config file has to be configured for AD access, and the specific domain name is a part of that, which is what leads me to believe that either the second domain hasn’t been added to that file, or that only one domain can be allowed in via AD.  Or maybe I’m misunderstanding that altogether.Thank you!

If we change the length of a standard Acumatica field, is there a risk that the field length will be reverted back on the database with an upgrade? Causing the extra characters to be truncated?

Hello,I have been trying to setup an assignment map for biz account class, based on the class condition. So if any account is created under Class A it should be assigned to Employee A etc.. But I am not able to find the exact entity to which I can apply the condition in Assignment map, where i am searching for Field Name = Class.

Hi,How can i GET PurchaseReceipt - List of Lines that are for a certain PO number?I cannot seem to filter by expanded objects. Otherwise to get all Receipt Lines against a certain PO I will need to dig out all receip[ts for a supplier and loop through all returned lines to get my filtered list. here is my API call returning a 500 - "The parent value for a property access of a property 'POOrderNbr' is not a single value. Property access can only be applied to a single value.",/entity/Default/22.200.001/PurchaseReceipt/?$expand=Details&$filter=VendorID eq 'V000000001' and Details/POOrderNbr eq '000018' or is there a way to query ReceiptLines seperately? 

Is there a way to reopen a purchase order that was set to “completed” via the API? I have some tests that are cancelling line items and some of the POs are being closed automatically and I can’t delete them when I run my cleanup script.

Hey Everyone,We are having quite the issue with acumatica because it seems it was not built for the way we run our business. I’m curious if anyone else has these problems. Our company very heavily relies on lot tracking and traceability. Basically, we need to know what lot was used in what, and what warehouse location it was transferred to and everything like that. And for this reason we are not able to just backflush inventory, we need to actually assign each box that we use to a production order. But in the instance of a production order, we usually issue a full 900kg of powder into a production order. That 900kg of powder has a cost to it, which is then given to the first move transaction of finished goods.The issue is that the cost (value) given to the very first move transaction is exactly the same cost of 900kg, even though in reality, we only used 50kg. Lets say we make 4 more move transactions, these next 4 have 0 value in the system. How is there not a way for the system to ac

We’re trying to print FedEx labels as ZPLii files, however there seems to be a problem with the LBL Stock Type. When its set to a Paper Type, we get the error: “FEDEX: INVALID.STOCK.TYPE Invalid values in Label Stock Type for LABEL,” however, when it is set to Stock, we get the error “Unsupported file type. Supported types are: .als, .cer, .csv, .dat, .doc, .docx, .epl, .exe, .gif, .ico, .ics, .jpeg, .jpg, .js, .mdb, .msi, .ofx, .pdf, .pfx, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .qbo, .qfx, .rar, .rtf, .sql, .swf, .tif, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .xml, .zip, .zpl.” How can we get around this issue?

HelloFirst, I’m sorry if someone else asked this before, but I didn’t find my answer.My company has an excel file where we do this for all plant and 3 separate branches:Orders $ Sales $ Scheduled sales $ Total backlog $ Total past due $ # Employees Weight shipped The file has other columns as well, but this is enough for an example.There is some math behind those columns, taking the total from a week or the total from a report, for each branch.Is there a way of creating this in Acumatica? I would like to add two selector fields that are in the equipment module Manufacturer ID (Manufacturer) and ManufacturerModelID( ManufacturerModel) to the Purchase Order Grid on the details tab.  I know how to add a field in general to the PO grid.  The question is if I say new field and use the exact field name will it pull it in or do I need to somehow link the tables together since I want to use the selector list from the equipment module.

Hello - we are trying to figure out how to make it so that an attachment is required for each expense receipt that is created. How would we make that a required field? 

Does anyone have any experience connecting one Shopify Store to multiple different tenants in one Acumatica instance? Just checking to see if anyone has experience, Acumatica told me it was possible but working with someone who is experiencing some issues. Thanks for any input.

Hi! I’m dealing with a requirement that needs some User Defined Fields to appear based o the value of another User Defined Field. The use case is as follows:In an opportunity, my customer must gather a set of documents, but this documents vary depending on if their customer is a person or a company. We’ve created a User Defined Fields (Customer Type) combo selector to chose between the customer being a person or a company. We’ve created the document list checkbox using user defined fields, but it would be great to be able to hide the ones that are not being used, depending on the value of the customer type.It would be great to be able to do it from a Low-Code/No-Code project.Thank you for your support. 

After the 24R2 upgrade, the billing postal code value cannot be entered in the Carrier Account section of the Customer screen for the "Billing Type: Receiver." However, this was possible in version 24R1.I am unable to find any changes in the Release notes, is it a bug?

Hi, I would like to make the greeting in the email template for a sales order gender specific. Depending on the title it should be Mr oder Mrs for example. I tried to use it Document.ContactID.Title with if and then logic but somehow I failed.Has anybody done this before or an idea how the HTML code should like?Acutally I am not sure if Acumatica understands if and then in the HTML code for templates. Lars 

We are new to Acumatica and trying to wrap our heads around how branches and subaccounts work. Our use case is this:One company, one warehouse with inventory. We sell B2B, B2C - Shopify, B2C - Amazon. We would like the ability to run a P&L based on sales channel and by product line. For example: P&L for B2B channel for product line X. From what I understand, only one subaccount can be used per line so we would have to choose whether we want to classify the line as a channel or a product line. I think if we create combined subaccounts, where channel and product line are combined, it would create major difficulty in data entry, along with preventing us from running a P&L based on just product line or just channel. Would adding a branch for each sales channel make sense? Then each transaction would have a branch and then a subaccount for the product line? Again, we would only have 1 warehouse shared across the company, so I’m not sure if this method would work. Hello - is there a way to prevent employees from being able to edit their time entries (by putting them back on hold) after they have been approved? We have employees who use time cards and time activities and would want to prevent this under both options.
