Issue on Discount code is

Hi Team 

We are facing an issue while choose the Discount code in Sales Quote depend upon the code we have setup a Approval to the owner to confirm the Quote

For this customer the price class is assigned for Tier 3

Please see the below screenshot:

This is Discount added 

While choose for the scenario it shows this error

Please advise.

​@gowrishankarsk32 I am presuming you have checked the Item is in the Item Price Class defined on the Discounts as well as the Customer Price class is defined on the Customer Price Class Tab

It's now taking the discount perfectly without error - after setup same price class of item in Discounts (AR209500) & with both Customer & Item Price class in Discount level. Thanks
