I have a client who wants their monthly invoices sent to one email as an excel and another email as a PDF. I’ve tried to set this up on their Customer profile but it isn’t working - only the Excels are being received. What am I missing here?

The Recipients tab is used to add multiple recipients to one email, but unfortunately, it is not used to send two separate emails with different files attached.
Then, to achieve the needed result, I’d suggest considering customizing the email notification for Invoices
