Hello All,

I have prepyament entry but it didn’t applied the bill. Also, the bill is created and closed so how to clear out prepayment. it’s still open status.

The issue you've described often requires a closer look at the AP Bill, Prepayment, your specific configuration and possibly sensitive data. For that reason, and to ensure your privacy and security, the best course of action is to reach out to our dedicated support team. They will be able to pinpoint the root cause and/or identify where a step may have been skipped.

You would have expected to see the Balance of the AP Bill reduced by the Prepayment if it were still in an On-Hold or Open status. Once taken off Hold and Released, the Balance of the AP Bill should reflect the Prepayment. You mention the AP Bill is currently Closed, which makes me question how it was closed if the Prepayment wasn’t applied.

Without digging into both documents, we’re not going to be able to troubleshoot this efficiently within such an open forum unfortunately.

I’d check what documents are applied to the bill to have it in a closed status as a starting point. If it isn’t the prepayment, then there must be some other document attached which closed the AP bill. Report back here and we can help with further troubleshooting.
