Hi,I imported AR History via Cash Sales in migration mode. Everything imported correctly. No issues there. However, when I try to run the Customer Transaction History report nothing is showing up. Do you know why? Do I have to customize the report to reflect the data. I ran Customer History and the migrated information showed up there and also on the AR Register. The client is on 2023 R1 Canadian version. Let me know.Thank you,Frances

Hi!Branch A open AR is moving to a new Branch B; Branch A will become inactive and Branch B will contain part of another Branch C that will stay active.We use an Open AR import in migration mode to move the AR, but unsure whether Branch A open AR will be closed out when migrated to Branch B or will we need to do something on our end for that? Team thinks we might have to do a customer payment for the open AR and then clear the balance from the Branch A bank account to Branch B AR, but would like to know if that’s the best path?Either way, we will test in sandbox before executing in production.We are running Acumatica 2021 R2, Build 21.212.0039 customized with ProcoreBuiltCustomizationPackage2021R2V4, VelixoConnectedAppConfig, VelixoLiteDACsThank you,Dave Z

Good afternoon, New to Acumatica...trying to set things up. Is there an expiration date field available in the Acumatica screens for tax exemptions on a customer level?  Or do you usually just use your tax service for such case? Looking to set up our customers maintenance screens to have an expiration date on their exemption forms so we can obtain an updated one when the time comes...but not sure where that would be located.

I have a multi-tier approval map set up by the amount of the Bill.  Everything that I am reading says that Prepayments should generate an approval but mine doesn’t until it is applied to the Bill.  Can we not use approval maps for Prepayments?

Hi We are trying to consolidate our groups budgets.  One company is in a foreign currency. Goal is to report Group actual results against Group budget results using local currency for both.Our support partner has told us that Acumatica can’t translate foreign currency budgets so they can be consolidated into Group.  Is this true?  Seems odd that it can’t. thanks Peter 

Anyone else having issues with the DateSeqNbr field not updating?I think this is because we are doing this from multiple companies/branches but the File name doesnt contain the branch so when we do multiple batches in the same day company CDO over writes the export IHO and then we do company BVO it over writes the file for CDO and IHO and so forth. I temporarily recoded the export to use the date + time so that this isnt over writing and because it didnt like the ref to Company I tried to use...

Hi,i have created a balance sheet by month and added 12 columns for 12 periods and selected the first two digits of the period in the Start Period and End Period in the Data source.i want to hide columns based on the period selected when user runs the report. e.gif user selects 06-2021 then only 6 columns become visible. i have looked at Visible Formula option but dont know how to use it to hide any column where financial period selected in the data source is greater than the selected period. 

Hi,How do I import vendor payment balances? We imported the vendor information (Vendor#, name, address) except the payment balances.  Our system is set up with 10 companies (10 different EINs). Some vendor have payment balances in all 10 companies.  Thanks 

We are currently experiencing an issue with matching and processing bank transactions. It began occurring right after the recent upgrade to 2022R2 (22.206.0035).Here's the error message we are receiving:We upload OFX files from our bank. Please advise.

I thought I would throw this out to see if anyone operates similarly and has a solution. A brief overview on our Pricing Model:We have a “National Price” list for all customers. However, generally speaking each customer has unique pricing based on T&Cs. So for example, we may pitch product A to a customer at the National Price of $100. However, the customer will say, you know we really need the price at $90 to consider you for placement. So we agree that their adjusted Gross Price will be $90. Then we have normal pricing discounts off of that $90. It may be a $5 OI discount on top of the $10 everyday discount that we already provided. So the actual price would be $90 less the OI of $5 for a Net of $85.I would like to show gross sales at the full $100, then one discount listed at $10 (the adjust Gross discount) and then finally a $5 OI discount on all orders. We will be transitioning banks starting in the next month or two, problem we have is the bank upload files. Both have 2 optionsThey provide us will bank transaction files. Problem is that these files contain ACH batch totals only. To resolve this they will provide a separate ACH activity file. So we will have to recon the activity to the batch, delete the batch out of the bank transaction file and cut and paste the ACH detailed activity in. So manual and error-prone. Bankers will provide us with a single BAI file that contains all banking transactions and this has the ACH down to the individual transaction level. BAI’s are the industry standard for the banks, so does Acumatica have a way of uploading these? A BAI file looks something like this - see attached. The extension on these files is either .BAI or .BAI2. Hi guys,Consider this case below.If the credit terms for customers is “3% discount in 10 days, net in 30 days”, and we made a sale to a customer of $100, with a VAT rate of 10%. The customer paid within 10 days, and I’m trying to generate a tax report looks like this:Total sales: $100Cash discount: $3 (-$3 is also ok)Total taxable amount: $97Total tax amount: $9.7But according to what I have tested on Acumatica, it seems like the above couldn’t be achieved. I tried to use the cash discount feature, and the outcome looks like this:Total sales: $100Total taxable amount: $100Total tax amount: $10The total tax amount here isn’t even correct (should be $9.7).I also thought of recording the cash discount in a separate line in the invoice, but we wouldn’t know whether the customer takes the cash discount or not while recording the invoice. And once the invoice is released, I assume there’s no other way to add a line for cash discount.So any better ideas on this case? Thanks in advance.

We have a customer that is running the AR Aging report and I see a phone number place in the report but the customer phone number does not auto print on the report.  How can we get the phone number to appear?  

Good day,We just started using the Payables Incoming Document feature.  It works fine in my US tenant however, when I tried to demo it in the UK/EUR instance for other currency (GBP/EUR) I get the below message.  The vendor profile is correct in the currency types.Any ideas or solution on fixing this issue.  It the currency rate is defined however, could this be a date issue on the currency effective date?  Thank you@Evan G  

Hi, We are trying to use Australian Diminishing Value in Fixed Assets, however system forces us to use ‘useful Life Year’.This method is only capturing the place-in-service date, the cost and the percentage per year.So it does not make sense to have years against each asset, as it’ll change the method. Can someone assist and let me know how you imported your assets using this method? Thanks,Foujan
