Is there a way to create an on demand statement for multiple customers?I am going to send a statement to all customers on an EOM cycle at the end of Sep, but want to also send something before this date that is up to date.Sending a statement for 31/08 would be too out of date

Hi Team,  I logged into the mobile app and found that the time activities tracking feature is not available on the app - only time card. This does not work for my client because they need to be able to skip around on dates.  Is this really missing from the app? Is there a way to add it to the app? Thanks so much :) 

Hi! Is there a GI that we can be created that will show the GL accounts and the associated Sub Account with it for all or specific modules? I know GL account and subaccounts are setup throughout the system but I’m not sure if there is a table out there that contains this data without having to go through every module and joining many tables.

We are used to “reversed” GL where liability and income accounts are shown as a negative and always thought this was normal.  Can anybody tell me if we change to reversed in GL preferences how we will be affected.  We went live on 11/1/2020 and would like to see reversed (normal to us).Thanks in advance Brian

Hey everyone, I’m having a difficult time with this one. I broke my brain over it over the holiday weekend. I had this working at some point at the beginning of the project last week and I must have accidentally unclicked something and I can’t figure out what. I’m bringing in Payments for Sales Orders, so I have an import scenario to add a prepayment and then load the sales order. I keep getting this “Missing operator before the Order operand.” issue. Any tips from anyone out there? I’m stumped. 

Hi, I am doing a testing about the Update Sub. on Order Owner Change function at Purchase Order preferences for future used. So, how does it work? is that when I change the owner of the purchase order, then the expense sub will change based on the department setting?  However, when I change the owner to other department, the expenses sub. will not change, can anyone explain to me how this feature works? Thank you. 

Is there a report that will show the payments in source currency?   We need this to balance the inter company - reconciliation in source currency.  

Hello Community,I have been trying to release AR invoices but the system triggers the following error:  Have created this invoice by using manual numbering. So once, the invoice was saved i disabled the manual numbering option but still not able to release it. Can anyone let me know why is this error getting triggered?Thanks in advance. 

We use AP Bills to track and pay employee expenses.   We use an approval rule to route the expense to the appropriate approver based on the detail provided in the AP Bill Transaction line.  We have found that on occasion Sr. Managers are asked, through our approval process, to approve their own expense reports. Could someone please provide me with an approval routing rule so that an employee (vendor) cannot approve their own expense report.Thanks!

Hi,We would like acumatica to display the first date of a week. For instance: Today it should show 08/28/2023. How can we achieve this?We tried : DateAdd(Today(),'w',-3) and it displays Tuesday’s Date 08/29/23 and not 08/28/23.What would be the best way to do this? I have this formula working in SQL :DATEADD(WEEK,DATEDIFF(WEEK,0,GETDATE())-1,0) but cannot figure out how to replicate in acumatica.  @lauraj46 - Hi Laura, could you please help when you have a chance?

How does one delete unreleased budget lines.Example: I imported $1 per month for a specific accountI release it.I now update the $1 to $2 per month. I realised I made a mistake, and want to delete this $2 upload. How do I do that? Currently the system errors , because there was a previous released article. I can't Upload zero, because it also wants to be released and then I zero out everything, which I don't want.

Hello community,I have come up with a scenario, where I would like to record a security deposit along with prepayments.So for eg: if I have an equipment to rent with rental price of 100$. And I want the customer to prepay (200%) of the complete rental price along with the security deposit. So Rental price = 100$ and Deposit = 100%. But I dont want the security deposit to be recorded into books as I would then be refunding the deposit completely. How can we achieve this in Acumatica?Thanks in advance.

We are working on a process where we are seeking to take a part already in inventory in Acumatica and move it out of the system to ship to a vendor for rework. Upon the rework the part will be modified by the vendor and assume alternate part number nomenclature. We are attempting to move move for instance part 12345 out of inventory to the vendor and receive part 678910 back as the new modified part. We can easily enter a PO line referencing the new inventory ID which will be received in upon modification but are struggling with withdrawing the current part from inventory. I attempted entering a PO for qty. "negative value" to show the withdrawal of the part but the system is not allowing me to do so. What is the Acumatica advised practice for sending parts out to rework which are already in inventory and need to be withdrawn?

Good day,The AR Team needed to correct an invoice in our Brazil tenant;  All the currency is BRL; transactions, sales orders/invoices.  When they tried use the “Correct Invoice” function the below message appeared.It was second occurrence; last time they just created a Debt for the correction.  Not sure I can correct it for this invoice but need to correct the “correct invoice” function going forward.  1005 is the Cash Account,Any assistance will be appreciated.Evan Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Account value 1005       GL Error: Denominated GL Account currency is different from transaction currency.  

Dear all,I meet a strange case.Bill is only 1 or some lines and in On hold status. It takes about 20-30s to open detail. And it’s slow for bills of one Vendor, the others is normal.And Also when release it also takes longer than the othersPlease help! Thanks alot! 

Hello all, I was wondering if any in the community is using the Shipped not invoiced functionality in Acumatica and if so what their feedback is on the functionality. I am currently exploring switching to this functionality as I do not like the way the system handles SO Order shipments from an inventory perspective.  My issue is that we do not invoice an SO until it is delivered to the customer. Which at that point we are invoicing and posting the IN so that the revenue and the expense are posted at the same time. However, with the OTB configuration  this process leaves the inventory in the system at the site until it is invoiced when, in my opinion, it should move the inventory from the site to an In-transit account until and invoice is created and the COGS are expensed. So I have been looking into the shipped not invoiced which placed the inventory cost into a Accrual account until the invoice is posted. However, OTB it appears that this Shipped Not Inv

Does Acumatica offer a basic Expense Management Module instead of the Advanced Expense Management?  We are looking to implement a third party Expense Software and would like to simply import the transactions into Acumatica.  Our current understanding is we need to use AP Bills but we would prefer to have a way to capture/track employee expense transactions separately from our vendor transactions. 

Trying to import AR Invoices from old system using out of the box import scenario.  When running the import, the first line of the spreadsheet imports and then I get an error on the rest.  Screenshot of the error below.  Any ideas?

How to remove employee credit cards from the bank feed? We have several credit cards that have been disabled and do not have transactions for at least 45 days because employee no longer works for us. Our bank does not have it listed as an account either because as soon as employee leaves the company, we disable and delete that corporate card. Thanks in advance. 

Hi everyone,Several of our main large volume invoice vendors are paid once a month (i.e. 10th of month, 15th of month, end of month). The problem is, they are all paid on the second following month (i.e. Any invoice in January is due March 10th, March 15th, March 31). Any suggestions on how to best handle this in Acumatica which only has options for day of next month but nothing for second month.

I created 4 donut widgets showing sales mix between locations.  However, some locations dont have all the types of sales that other locations do so the colors don’t align between the widgets.  How do I have each donut widget show all the sales types so that the colors align?   Thank you!!
