I created an expense item for mileage. Populated Pending Cost and Pending Cost Date fields as shown below. When I go to Update Standard Costs screen, this item does not appear for me to process (see second screenshot). Not sure if I’m doing this wrong for expenses, haven’t found much documentation on it. Thoughts anyone?   

I am trying to process a bank feed and it will process just fine in test mode, but when going to retrieve bank transactions, I get the error “Currency cannot be empty” They do not have multi-currency. I have never seen this error before. Can someone help.Thanks

Hi EveryoneCurrently , we have create a generic inquiry to combine table invoice and memo  and table payment and check  in order to get the column for “ due date “ and “ payment date”   If we would like to get system to calculate the day of over due , which mean “due date” minus “ payment date” in order to get the day of over due.  May i know how to do this in generic inquiry?  Hope to hear from you soon. 

We are having problem with reports not loading.  The spinning wheel just spins.  If the report finally pops up it take over 3 minutes.  Most of the time the report never loads.  This issue is effecting financial statements and generating AR invoices.  My IT department has restarted the server and that does not help.  We can run Acumatica directly from the server and the reports work just fine, it appear to be only effecting the workstations.  We have reached out to our Acumatica partner as well.  If anyone has ran into this and can point us in the right direct, it would be greatly appreciated. 

I want to allocate this amount over the months. Does anyone have any ideas on how to write a function to divide the total allocated amount?I used the formula =SUM(iif(left([FAHistoryByPeriod.FinPeriodID],2)='01'and right([FAHistoryByPeriod.FinPeriodID],2)=right([@PeriodTo],2),[FADetails.AcquisitionCost]/(12[FixedAsset.UsefulLife]),0) ) but the report is not showing correctly.*The correct value is 6 months with 6 equal values but it only shows 3 months, or 1 month.  

Where can I list our account number in the vendor information. Very often when I contact a vendor, I am asked to provide our account number.  Where would I be able to enter our account number?

A credit memo was applied to an invoice and now we realize this was a mistake.Can it be unapplied? If so, please advise how?

When applying a foreign partial payment to an invoice, how do we ensure the correct balance shows on the invoice?  Do we have to do the cross rate calculation for this like we do for a fully paid foreign invoice? Thanks 

Hello! When I try to create a journal transaction using a subaccount which is exist in the system and shows me on the subaccount list, it gives me the error message ‘Subaccount cannot be found in the system’. We have segmented the subaccount. Sometimes it works if I enter the subaccount on the subaccounts form and save. Anyone knows why this happens?Amanda 

I have a client that has multiple companies in a single tenant. There are 6 companies in total, 3 with branches and 3 without branches. There are 3 variations of the financial calendar across the 6 companies which looks like this: Company 1 (with branches): 13 periods, 28 days in each period (Variation 1)Company 2 (without branches): 12 periods, calendar based, October to September (Variation 2)Company 3 (without branches): 13 periods, 28 days in each period (Variation 1)Company 4 (without branches): 12 periods, calendar based, January to December (Variation 3)Company 5 (with branches): 13 periods, 28 days in each period (Variation 1)Company 6 (with branches): 13 periods, 28 days in each period (Variation 1) The problem I am having is the different number of periods in each company. Is the scenario above possible?

Has anyone successfully connected to BMO for business? There is a connector in Acumatica using MX, but BMO keeps returning invalid credentials messages when we attempt to connect and their tech support seems to have no idea what MX or an account aggregator is.

For other prepayments, I can still apply prepayment for the previous period, why can't I post this prepayment, the system is forced to choose January 2024 or later? 

We implemented Acumatica mid-year and I was told that I could simply upload the information once I gathered the vendor number, name and amount paid in the previous system.  It starts with creating a separate account and designating it to take on balances for 1099s, but I am not finding any instructions on that, does anyone have the steps to do that?

Hoping for some guidance.  I am not an accountant so take pity.  Much thanks to any advice for helping a newbie.  My AP clerk is running the Purchase Accrual By Period on the Purchase Accrual Account.  She is also running the Account Details for the Purchase Accrual Account.  If they are run over the same period lest say June of 2023, would the accounts tie out and balance or is there always going to be a variance.    They have said in the past these tied/balanced but lately it its been off some periods more than others.  So should they balance/tie out?  If not, why wouldn’t they balance

Just tossing out an idea for Pre-Sales professionals.  When you need to demonstrate interbranch/intercompany transactions, demonstrate a new AP Bill with multiple line items.  Each line can be for a different branch or company.  When the transaction posts to the GL, it will automatically create the correct journal entries.  Drill into the GL batch to show results.

A customer wants to know how an overpayment on a check issued to us was applied, but customer cannot provide check number, date of check or amount of check. Is there a way to find a customer’s check that had a unapplied amount for some period of time?
