We have two warehouses that we buy material directly to. Occasionally, there are cases where we want to transfer items from one warehouse to another to fulfill the demand. Can you set up MRP so it flags you to transfer from warehouse A to warehouse B to satisfy the demand? Currently our system will always tell us to buy additional units for Warehouse B despite having available stock in other warehouse?  

How do I get a report for detailed AR transaction application history by customer? 

Client sells and receives tons of waste products.  We’ve setup a GL account for Tons-In (95010) and Tons-Out (95020) and are wondering how to update these accounts from a release of a sales invoice.  The sales invoice and payables invoices have a value on them relating to the number of tons.  QTY 10 / UOM TON / $20.00 ton = $200.00 invoice.How can we get an automated process to update the statistical ledger based on an AR invoice or from a Sales Order Invoice.  The only solution I can think of is a Business Event that is triggered by the release of a sales invoice and have it create a Statistical JE to Debit 95010 for XX tons that are on the sales invoice.  There is likely more than one line on a sales invoice as well to add to the complication.Looking for ideas.Thank you,Mike

Hi,Our client has duplicate line items on their budget that have been released. I’m unable to delete one/both of the lines (or the budget) since they have non-zero released amounts. I’m also unable to zero out the amounts and release since I can’t save the budget with duplicate lines. Thus, the client is unable to update the budget.

I am having trouble identifying the issue on a Funds Transfer transaction. We are unable to release the GL transaction after balancing because the Account ‘Cannot be empty’ and the ‘Subaccount Cannot be empty’ The Funds transfer has accounts listed.  

Is it possible to sum a range of rows in a Row Set by conditioning on the printing control column?  I would like to sum a range of rows that aren’t Hidden in the printing control column.

We have multiple companies set up in Acumatica that shares same vendors. One of the company is sales tax exempt company. Is there a way to exempt tax for the entire company. So we don’t accidently enter the sales tax for the tax exempt company? Thank you. 

Hey Folks,I added an Idea below, but I wanted to see if anyone is facing the same issue and if there is a workaround.META sends transactions via shopify now and we see them in the SO/AR modules.   META acts as a MPF (Marketplace Facilitator) and remits the taxes on our behalf.  The issue is that these transactions still make their way to Avalara as a tax liability for us.   Avalara has mentioned that they have logic to identify these transactions so we can exclude them in their system as reportable, however we need to be able to SEND an attribute via the Avalara Integration. ACU has said it would require a customization of the connector.Has anyone dealt with this yet? ​​​​​​​ 

Receiving a fixed asset error message "Book Period cannot be found in the system” when trying to dispose of an asset.

We have a number of customers that require a discount to be applied at time of payment. The system has a settlement disocunt but its linked to a prompt payment date which is not how our customers pay their bills - the current agreement is that they will take up the settlement discount regardless of a due date. Has anyone else encountered this and how can we handle it in the system? Thanks!

I need to set up an approval map where the first step is the employee’s supervisor, when the supervisor approves the document it should then go to the Supervisors boss if over their approval amount.  I am having a hard time finding the Approvers’ supervisor as an option.   I can do it through steps and list all the employees but that is a lot to maintain.

Hi All,I have manufactured parts that are already in stock and ready to be sold.  I am sending them out for a finishing process so I’m not going to be running them thru production as I don’t need to have “extra inventory.”  Does anyone know a way to get this outside processing cost onto the cost of the part without doing a landed cost?

Hi, I’m trying to do a PNL report with actual vs budget with variance amt and % columns. I have set the formula in the column set like this: However, the result doesn’t seem to be consistent. Like this highlighted value: The result doesn’t seem to match with the formula I have set. In fact, I’m confused about how it arrived at that amount. But the one in the 3rd row is correct. There seems to be inconsistency. Does anybody knows about this?

We are utilizing Expense Receipts under Time and Expenses, to track outside expenses. We can add the amounts, dates posted, and claim to release internally just fine. I am wondering if there is a way to add a negative balance when we get refunds and we already released the expense. Any ideas on what we can do in these scenarios to add negative balances (Refunds)?
