Is there a way to format the date in report designer to show the month name in a different language? Our client has invoices and sales in German and I need to format the month name accordingly.

Created and successfully prepared customers in an import scenario.  However, when “Import” was activated, random customers were not loaded.  Can not find a common problem as to why it brought some in and some not.  It did not give an error, just did not bring them in.Reran in test company with  The ones in yellow are missing.Excel dataThe Customers loaded:

Contacted my VAR and they recommended we do NOT implement bank feeds at this time. VAR indicated it is not working well with PLAID. Is anyone having great success with Bank Feeds using PLAID? 

Hi I would like to Populate the customer Billing Email automatically when we run the report for one customer for sending an Email. Response from Acumatica :The report will need to be customized in order to meet this requirement. Even if the customer is indicated in the report parameter, there is no link between this parameter and the mailing settings of the report. Looking for some best approach to meet this requirement.

Hi Team, Can we create a Fixed asset directly from Purchase order. I know we can do with “convert purchase items to Fixed assets” but I do need to know how it works when we directly purchase from Purchase order. And what will be the possible transactions that will be displayed in the “convert purchase items to fixed assets”.

Acumatica help lists 3 files types for uploading. OFX (Open Financial Exchange) QBO (QuickBooks Online) QFX (Quicken File eXchange)When choosing a “Statement Import Service”, I only see an OFX option.  Maybe it handles all 3 file types above, but I’m getting errors with QBO and QFX files so I doubt it.How do I get or add the other Statement Import Services / PX.Objects?  

We have recently started with Acumatica and had all of our information from our previous system ported over, however the checks were not included.  For context we never used the previous system to reconcile our bank statements.  We exported our information on to an excel sheet and did it there.  We made the necessary JE’s into the system as needed to balance, therefore all of the checks on that system were never marked as having been cleared individually.  So I know that for that reason porting them over would have been a gargantuan task! I will be using Acumatica for our reconciliation and know how do use it. What I don’t know is how to clear out the previous checks that are now clearing?  Because everything that was ported over was in our GL, I’m not sure what to do? Any help is greatly appreciated! 😊

Is there a way to turn off Auto application of Credit memos in accounts receivable?I want to be able to choose what credits get applied to what invoices so the customer and I are on the same page.  I can do this by un-applying the credits, but this is making more lines than necessary and extra steps to the process.

Hi!Does anybody know why its not possible to select a credit or debit memo when the Reverse and Apply to Memo action is selected in a Receivable Invoice? The user case is that I need to increase the amount of the original invoice to increse the outstanding balance of a customer and to do that a Debit Memo should be createdThanks!

Hi guys, I’ve configured my company with the type of “with branches requiring balancing”, as this is supposed to be the setting that allows each branch to have its own financial statements. But how can I generate BS and P&L report based on different branches? Here I could only choose a ledger.Besides, is there any reports based on different subaccounts? If I use subaccounts to reflect departments and I want to see how much income every department generates, how should I do that? Thanks! 

I am a relatively new Acumatica user and have a question. I am wanting to set up “PLanned Start” and “Planned End” dates to match an overall Project schedule. I will then set up a Task that is tied to a Project Task that’s schedule matches the budget for that project task. ex: A cost collector project task is budgeted for 80 hours. I would assign a task to an employee that spans two work weeks in the start and due date fields of the task. So far, all of that works great. The ISSUE:On a Task that will take several days/weeks to complete will not allow an employee to submit a time card that includes task work items on a task that is not yet completed. What can be done about that? Is there a setting I need to change? Thanks! 

We have some instances where a client entered an invoice for a vendor. Let’s say it is $50. But the amount that ended up being paid was $60. In the process bank transactions window, this amount that shows is the $60. The invoice is still only for $50. We would like to match to the invoice and then just create a cash transaction for the remaining $10. Would anyone know how to do this? Or if there is a better process? 

Hello,I’m setting up Sales Tax Reporting and I’m getting weird results in the Calculations… possibly human error. Grand Total Lines seem to be adding themselves to other totals, sometimes twice.In this case, it’s not possible for me to use line 13 (a total, not a group) in another total in the Grouping screen. How did it get included in Calculation Rule? What am I doing wrong? Version 2022 R1.Here are my Reporting Groups. I expect group 8 to be in 4 calculations (total lines 12, 13, 14, 15) and 13, 14 to not be used in Calculation Rule column:Thank you in advance for your advice!

Hello,Having an issue with the dunning levels not updating based on days past due. In “Prepare Dunning Letters” list, each customer is at level one despite some being 120 days+ past due. I have the levels specified under the AR preferences dunning tab. Any idea why levels aren't updating? Thanks in advanced!  

Since we upgraded to 2021R2 Build 21.211.0033 and also now to 2022R2 we get an error when we UNMATCH ALL and SAVE in Process Bank Transactions. Is there anyone else who has also experienced this error?The only why now to Unmatch is if I go line by line to and Unmatch. On my Cash Account for the bank in question all my Entry Types are linked to a Tax Zone. I even created ZZZ - No tax line, just to have a value in the field.    

Hi, I’ve been trying to set up a dunning fee for dunning letters. The following is the dunning setup: Then I prepare the letter and prepare to release it: But when I release it the fee reference number is not generated and there is not dunning fee invoice either: Am I making a mistake somewhere causing the dunning fee to not be created?Side note: Are dunning fees always fixed price? CIBC Bank has (IMHO) an odd setup for ACH files.  Instead of a 9-digit EIN number they use a 10-digit value that prefaces the EIN with the Letter P.  We’re working on how to configure this with the ACH setup but I wanted to know if anyone has a correctly functioning ACH setup that works for CIBC. If so, I would love to have the Export Scenario and Export Provider XML files.

Client would like to be able to have his projects go through an approval process if it has been moved from suspended to active.  We were not able to to find anything other than writing some code with a custom action.  Does anyone have any other ideas?Client is currently on 2021R1 but testing for 2022R1 upgrade

There was a topic from about 5 years ago that verified that Acumatica is not compatible with Tier 3 credit card processing using the Authorize.net option.  Is this still the case?  If Acumatica does support Tier 3 processing through Authorize.net, does entering a new card from the mobile app also support Tier 3 processing? Thanks in advance,Scott
