Hello - I want to set an approval process for “normal” PO’s. However, I want to exclude the process for Drop-Ship POs. What is the best way to do this?I have some automation that will generate the PO for our drop ships.When I turn on an approval for the Normal PO I start getting an error regarding the lack of an owner on the PO. 

Acumatica has as a 1099 Box selection - MISC 07/NEC 02 - Direct Sales.  Is there any documentation on this or does someone know how / where this box should be used ?  I have found that using this Box on AP bills does not print on either 1099 form.  Is this a big?IRS says… You may either file Form 1099-MISC (box 7) or Form 1099-NEC (box 2

How do I clear/delete the child PO of a Blanket PO that has been deleted and no longer available? Child PO is still showing on Hold with Error: An Invalid Argument has been specified. Parameter Name: blanketRow. Visually, the child PO is completely blank.  

I’m trying to automate the monthly revaluation of GL accounts in foreign currency. Screenshot below is what I came up with for the filter. What I’m not sure about is the financial period. I’d like it to be relative like the date, but my understanding is that checkbox only works for date fields. Anyone know if there’s a way to make it default to current period so it doesn’t have to be manually changed every time?  

Situation - a business has a long term loan, a mortgage loan, where the monthly payment is fixed and the split between principal and interest varies each month based on the mortgage amortization schedule. The monthly loan payments to the lender are set up to be made via PAD direct from the company bank account.I can create the first monthly mortgage payment as a journal transaction and then create a recurring transaction from the journal transaction.  Generate recurring transactions will create the monthly payment journal transactions, but only the 1st payment will be correct. The finance user will need to edit the 2nd and future journal transactions and correct the principal and interest distribution amounts manually, according to the amounts from the amortization schedule.Is there a better way to configure this?I suppose the Balanced 1st journal transaction could be exported to Excel and the future monthly payment transactions be added into the Excel sheet wit

Hi, I incorrectly press “refund” to a customer “credit memo” in Acumatica. Is there a way to reverse the action? If not, how do I correct the mistake? Thank you. Raymond

Is there a way to build a GI which would look at total demand for a given item. We are trying to capture inventory items which we have marked as Inactive but still sit on various forms (POs, BOMs, etc.).

We have a client who wants to import data for invoices through import scenario.  However, they would like to not have to select each resultant invoice and print.  They would rather the system print the invoices generated from the import scenario automatically.  I inserted and selected the print and email function but it does not print.  Have I inserted this in the incorrect place or what whould you suggest?If there is a way to print all invoice from a mass release that would work as well, but how is this done?Or is a better way?Thanks. 

Hi AllWe are currently implementing a new business module - Subscription Fee for customers. This means that we will receive upfront payment from customers. From a financial perspective, we need to split the subscription fee into 12 monthly installments to accurately capture revenue each month.I'm not sure if anyone knows whether Acumatica can support this type of subscription fee module.If not, is there an integrator that can support and integrate it into Acumatica?I hope to hear from you soon."  

We have discovered that we have duplicate IN journals being created.  So far we have found them to be on Moves, Materials, Purchase orders and Adjustments.  It isn’t every time but is a couple of times a day.  Values of the journals vary significantly.  It is across our users, so not limited to one user.The journals are identical, one auto releases and the other sits in ‘unposted’ status.Has anyone had similar happen?  

Having an issue with the Reassign process when approving AP bills.Bills are assigned using our Approval Map and occasionally a bill needs to be reassigned to someone outside the Approval Map. Our approvers need to put the bill on hold and enter the correct project task and cost code. Once they remove the hold they are no longer the assigned approver (the Approval Map assigns it back to the original approver).  Ideally the bill needs to be put on hold to edit and keep the reassigned approver – any help on how to make this work would be appreciated.

We are in the middle of config and we are very disappointed and surprised to know that Acumatica does not print ACH remittances when payments are released. This is a core step in any payment processing. When you are paying vendors, any system prompts you to PRINT cheques or ACH remittances. This is normal “process flow” regardless of the payment method. Why couldnt ACH payment do the same (i.e. prompt us to print remittance details)??? This is very standard step/process - it is normal to print file copy of ACH remittances so they could be attached with invoices paid.Would you please share some input? Any help would be appreciated. Wouldn’t it make more sense to normalize the ACH payment process flow to include printing remittances??????

We have a client that had an error on their production orders and accidentally applied overhead to all of their outside processes. it was not realized until the production orders were completed (NOT Closed), but there are roughly 1000 production orders that were effected. They tried to do a WIP adjustment to offset the costs, but that was not effective, as it was reversed when the production order was completed. If anyone has any thoughts on how to best remove these, that would be helpful.

Hello - We have found a check at one of our properties “On Hold” from 12-2022 (screenshot 1). When I go to open this check, I get this error message, “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. I have found this check applied to a Bill, with the status of “Open”, and I cannot delete the bill or clear the application. When I select “Pay”, I get the same error message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”Additionally, I have found a debit adjustment referenced to this Bill in 09-2023, seemingly attempting to reverse the error. But I am unable to apply the Bill to the Debit Adj, or release it. (screenshot 3 and 4))Does anyone know a workaround so I can find this check and delete it? (A second check had already been cut and paid for the same time period)Thanks! 

clients receive emails from their customers with a PDF of a remittance.  If we can copy the AP doc recognition service and use it for AR. This would be nice and save time.   The service needs to recognize the Name and Customer ID

We have an invoice that is showing a Status of Balanced, and when we try to release it we receive the following error.Error: Inserting 'Applications' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. The total application amount, including the cash discount and the write-off amounts, cannot be negative. We have looked though the entire order and cannot figure out what the issue is. We have looked at other invoices that have been completed and we can not find any differences.Anyone have an idea what this error message is refering to or where we need to look to fine the problem.Thank you!

Client has a customer that has a 5% discount code on all orders. I can see transactions in my cash account and have the total I expect in the TB, but when I go to reconcile the same cash account I see transactions that I don’t see in the cash account detail and don’t see transactions that I do see in the cash account detail. When I run the reconciliation statement report, the transactions I’m missing show in the uncleared sections. But when I go to continue reconciling I can’t find them. Not a date issue, I’ve cleared all date filters and checked posting and cleared dates. I’ve trashed and restarted this recon a few times, thinking it might be a fluke. Same issue. We’re also on an older version of Acumatica, 2021 I think, with plans to update soon. Could that be causing this issue?

Where an invoice has attached files, is there a way in which we can add these attachments to the invoice form in report designer? I see from previous discussions that the use of a sub report might work, but where does one find the schema for the attached files and how does the linking work?
