Looking for a Payables solution to be able to see Status change history for the AP Invoice records. We’ve explored the Audit History and the accessibility is a bit clunky and hard to read through for general users.Has anyone has found or built any solutions to better track these changes and/or report on them?Our primary goal would be to see date/time of changed status and user who made the change. The use case being, we have a lot of invoices that require Approvers to make changes to the invoice distribution coding, requiring them to put toggling the invoice status and resetting the Approval request record.Alternatively, if I could figure out how to access the Audit History key table for Events I figure I could find a way to report on that data through a GI, but I can’t find where in the DAC that information lives or how to access it.

When I cancel a Change Order, it still gets sent out for approval via an Approval Map (which I don’t want, just want the status to stay Cancelled).  In the Approval Map, it doesn’t appear that I can exclude the Cancelled status of a Change Order.  Also, I don’t want to do this, but I also cannot approve the cancelled CO as the Approve button does not pop up when it is cancelled.  How should this work?We are running 24R1. 

My data sources from GIs have been automatically updating a PowerBI sheet. However, today one of them broke, and only one of them, with the error:“DataSource.Error: We couldn't parse OData response result.  Error: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.Details:    DataSourceKind=OData  DataSourcePath=https://company.acumatica.com/odata/Production/Sales%20Profitability%20Analysis%20Detailed.” I’ve attached the GI that’s causing the issue.

Hi,  I think that batch picking needs to be fixed in the WMS. Below are the issues I ran into while trying to implement this. It would be helpful if everyone else adds their issues. Batch picking by location doesn’t give a quick filter where you can select multiple locations from a list. You can either add it manually, or you could upload an excel sheet, but that takes a minute and is time-consuming The “known limitation” of not being able to batch pick nonstock kits Acumatica doesn’t show you what SH has a non-stocked kit and will add those shipments to the batch Once you run into this issue, there is no real way of fixing it besides removing all items that might be in a kit. Even if you have the same item on a SH not part of a kit Once a picker scans a picking sheet, there is no way to go back. If someone else wants to pick it instead, or if you want to cancel the picking sheet, it won’t let you

Hi, I’m trying to add note information to the footer so it will print on all pages. when I print it shows all wording but when I export to PDF it cuts it off. see screenshots below.I have the can shrink to true. any other suggestions on how to fix? 

We currently have our main user node as well as a process node.  All is hosted by Acumatica.  We’re on 23R1 and in the process of an upgrade to 25R1.Currently (maybe default configuration, maybe this isn’t even configurable), if I restart one node, the other node restarts as well.  Officially if I publish customizations, they publish to both nodes at the same time (but I’ve had issues with this, so our publish process includes publishing on both nodes).I’ve been told that, in older versions, the nodes were managed separately and you had to publish to both nodes.  I’ve also heard that you had to restart the nodes separately.  I’d like to be able to do that on our current version--I already have to publish to both, and I’d like to be able to restart the process node without it impacting the main user node.

We cannot figure out an easy way to store pertinent equipment information such as filter sizes, belt sizes, etc., for a piece of equipment where it will be easily accessed for appts and Service Contract work. If we store it in equipment attributes, is is not easily accessed for a technician who is doing the Service Contract work.  Each equipment file has to be opened to obtain the information. And in the equipment attributes, items for each attribute cannot be listed in list form.  It is in paragraph form which is difficult to read.  Where can we store equipment consumable item information such as filter sizes, belt sizes, humidifier pad sizes, etc., where it is easily accessed in list form.  When a tech sees the list, he knows exactly what he needs to take with him to do the job.   What do other companies do that use Field Service?  There has to be an easier way than using attributes.

I have 4 store locations in Acumatica and Shopify. I want to sync “AVAILABLE” stock quantity from Acumatica to Shopify.This is the export settings in the connector, where the availability mode is set to AVAILABLE. Stock quantity in Acumatica:After syncing stock quantity to Shopify: As you can see “AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT” quantity is synced instead of “AVAILABLE”. What am I missing here to make it work? Thank you!

Missing Connection to show Customer Class Fields on Business Account GI - Must be missing something- Even using the Customer Class table- I’m trying to show Sales reps their own New AR Accts (vs Cash type), which only works with business accounts for the @me connected to the User PKID. Other fields seem to pull over fine, but I’m not getting the vast majority of the Customer class to Show in the results grid correctly. Any suggestions for connections or existing examples?

Hi All,Wanted to get some help on figuring out why my automation schedule is not firing as intended. We are using the schedule to trigger a business event, triggering daily every 5 minutes. It basically checks an existing GI for any records and triggers and import against the return. As you can see from the screenshot, last executed date was on 6/20/2025, it is 7/4/2025 today.I’ve tried manually triggering the import, and it works perfectly.  

Hello! I am running into this error when trying to process a payment for a prepayment invoice.I tried looking everywhere but I cant find what the below is referencing. I thought it was the Prepayment GL Account on either the customer class or customer profile, but neither were able to get rid of the following error. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thank you!

I have a client who wants their monthly invoices sent to one email as an excel and another email as a PDF. I’ve tried to set this up on their Customer profile but it isn’t working - only the Excels are being received. What am I missing here?

Hi,I'm noticing that, in order for me to select a project on the SO screen, the project has to be associated with the same customer that the SO is associated with. Is there a way to circumvent this restriction?My company uses the word “Project” to refer to a brand or end user (e.g., Chipotle, Cava). Oftentimes, the end users use distributors who buy items from us and then distribute those items to the end user. So, our customer is the distributor, not the end user. In situations when a distributor is servicing an end user, it’s often the case that multiple distributors are servicing that same end user.The way I’d like to represent this in Acumatica:Create a “Chipotle” project. When we create an SO selling Chipotle items, we select the “Chipotle” project on the SO.The only way I can see this being possible is if I create a “Chipotle” project for every one of Chipotle’s distributors. I’m not a huge fan of that solution.So,

Anybody familiar with this error? I added 3 statuses before planned status on the production order maintenance screen through the workflow editor (no code).Everything works well except I can’t delete the production order when in one of the 3 newly created statuses as well as the events table does not populate with order changes. Trying to delete presents the error in the screenshot below. When moving from “On Hold” status to one of these new statuses the events table states that the order moved from “On Hold” to “Unknown” rather than “On Hold” to “Initialized.”Anybody know how to fix this “Unknown Status” issue?  

Is there any way we can find/search shipments by an inventory ID? Or look at the transaction history (including shipments and purchases) for a certain stock item?A picking worksheet got lost and we are having a hard time locating the shipment in the system.  Hello Community, I have a Custom Processing Screen, the sole purpose of which is to assign a BOL Number (a Non-Key Field) to any Sales Order Shipments without a BOL Number:    The Custom Field, as it is established in my Processing Screen’s Filter  I’m trying to do so by utilizing a Numbering Sequence that I have tied to the Sales Order Preference screen:
