If you are a construction company utilizing Acumatica payroll module, how are you handling multi state workers compensation coding (by job and by state) and related report generations.

Does anyone have any experience in Acumatica relating to setting up OCIP projects to properly record insurance expense?

I have a client who would like a customized GI for their Project List.They want to see all Projects listed once and if a Project has billing tied to it, they want to see the last ProForma Ref Nbr and the last AR Ref Nbr.In the example, on Project 9683, they would want to see AR Ref Nbr - 000004 and ProForma Ref Nbr - 000007. Is this doable?  If so, can it be done in a GI or does it need to be a report?

Hello all,I have been receiving an error that says: “the quantity of a stock item will go negative” whenever I try out to complete a Transfer transaction, even though there are enough qty in the location, and the summary at the bottom of the screen show plenty of available inventory.Is there a possibility that the error is getting triggered due to allocation of that particular item to a specific project & hence, cannot be used for transfer?Kindly share your suggestions.

I have several supplier performance GIs that show outstanding items and due dates and would love to be able to set the GI to be extracted as Excel or CSV and emailed to a specific address each day. To be clear, each supplier has their own GI so it is not like i need to filter the GI based on supplier - all results in the GI can go on the same email.

Dear Members,I am getting below error when i release transfer order,my current version 2023R2(23.200.0151) .In my previous version everything was working fine.   

We are using several user defined fields with the combo control type. We just came across an issue where a value from the dropdown was incorrectly selected. We are able select another option in the dropdown, but cannot remove the data to change the field back to blank/empty. The weird thing is we have one UDF set up the same as all the others, that allows us to highlight and remove the data, but it’s the only one out of several. Has anyone else had this issue, or know what might be causing it and how to fix? 

I’m creating a business event that will notify our Payroll Department every time a job is marked certified, however I’m running into an issue getting the correct information in the “To” line of the email template. I created the GI with all the information that is needed, but there isn’t a field I can reference where the correct email address would pull from as it will always need to go to the same email address.I saw a video the other day where an extra column was added to the GI for the email address and set with a fixed result.  I’ve added this to my GI, but when I test, the email is not going through, and now I can’t find the video to troubleshoot. It would be great if I could just enter the email address itself into the “To” line, but from my understanding that is not possible. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help! 

Client is using Project / Construction.  Orders material and sets type to Project drop ship.  Issues is the commitment shows the order with Taxes.  But when receive the material it only adds the Item costs to the project and then writes the Tax portion off to an expense account.  How do you get the tax to get added to the cost of the project during receipt or Bill processing?  

I was able to add a UDF for verbiage I want on the change order screen but now can’t figure out how to add it to the column configuration

i have a scenario where a client (a sub not GC) has billed out a subcontract agreement in full but has noticed that throughout the life of the project they may get deductive change orders as progress on the project continues.  these deductive change orders are often pass through to their subs.  however, since the subcontract agreement has been billed in full, the system does not allow a deductive commitment change order to be created.the steps to rectify this would be to:create a debit memo in bills and adjustments and tie it to the subcontract agreement create the commitment change order with the deduct amountsit would be really nice if the system would automatically created the debit memo from the commitment change order (maybe a future idea?)does anyone handle this different? 

Is there a way to create custom statuses for change orders? I want my PM’s to know exactly what each thing means and sometimes “on hold” and “closed” don’t tell them exactly where it is in the process.   

Is it possible to consolidate change orders? I had 15 change orders approved as one lump change order that needs to show up on my pay app as one - not 15.  is that possible if they are already listed in acumatica? 

How do you un-check Pro Forma invoices on Projects? Is it possible?  

Good morning Team,   I have taken up the opportunity to build an SOP within my CO. for Requisition. I have a Requisition flow chart but i am having some trouble with some instruction. I come from an SAP background and this Acumatica process is quite different.   Our CO. builds projects and spread sheets ‘Build Plans’ with material different quantities, vendors, costing accounts, etcetera…  would this be a single requisition or would this be an individual requisition per vendor, per project costing accounts?  It is important for us to have the following information from requestors. But i see when generating Requisitions these are not a mandatory ASK*ID (Part number)QTY.Vendor COST code PROJECT Task SUB Account  thnk you. 

Hi Team,I have added a custom dropdown field to the Acumatica Quote (PM304500) screen. I want this field to be editable when the status is "Prepared," but it automatically becomes non-editable when the status changes. I have tried writing code in the Row_Selected event for the field to make it editable, but it's not working. Trying to have cost populate on a project quote and keep getting 0.  Where does the unit cost come from for each line item?shouldnt it come from here?  Or at least this is where we are expecting to get the Standard cost from.  

Hi All, I have changed the allocation rule configuration>Date Source from original transaction to Allocation Date. We have existing automation schedule for this. So, what we do is we turn off the automation schedule 10/31/2023 and change the date source configuration and turn on the automation 11/1/2023.I expect to post the allocation on the period when I run the allocation. Which is 11-2023 but there are some transactions that has been posted to 10-2023 period as screenshot shows.  These transactions are from 10/31/2023 then the allocation automation runs at 11/01/2023. I expect that since I have changed the allocation date configuration to “Allocation Date”, these will post to 11-2023 period since the allocation runs 11/01/2023.Does the transaction previously created and posted already before the chang
