There is only one option to generate conditional waivers on AP check printing, need to be able to select generate conditional lien waivers when the bill is entered, this makes most sense to clients that require a conditional and unconditional lien waiver. Please expedite this as it is a deficiency in this module.

is there be a way to prevent a project template that has required project attributes from the project quote level? currently, templates can have project specific attributes that can be required or not. if they are required and that template is used on a project quote, those attributes now become required at the project quote level. Many times, that information may not be available until after the opportunity is won. could a future development idea be to make them optional at the project quote level but have them required at the project level?

Hi,I have a client that records their revenue to a deferred revenue account right away. I was able to create an allocation rule that works. However, the client uses several revenue accounts that might be different for each project. I tried setting up all the accounts in one allocation rule. However, when I run the allocation, only one revenue account needs to be allocated but the allocation rule duplicates the allocation for the other G/L accounts and I don’t want that to happen. When the allocation is run it’s supposed to debit the deferred account and credit the revenue account setup under the Defaults section within the project. It does this but duplicates the same amount to each other revenue account. Here is my allocation rule. The calculation rules and allocation settings are the same for each line item. The only difference is the revenue accounts. Will I have to create a separate allocation rule for each revenue account? All the revenue accounts are in the same account group an

Hi, I have a customization project which has been developed in my Local instance of acumatica erp. now I need to deploy this whole customization project in a different acumatica ERP in the cloud. How can I do this?Once I tried this using import option in the customization projects but it didn’t allow me to do because of exceeding the size. below screenshot for the reference.Is there any other way to do it? All what I found was related just to sales but I don’t see projects information on it.I found this video on YouTube doing a demo of the Construction module but I didn’t see a link or a way to create a demo like the one he is exposing.If someone have some demo data for this modules I would appreciate your help!

Can I delete a commitment change order that was synced from Procore to Acumatica without reversing it? It was synced accidentality, so we want to deleted it in Acumatica and unlink it between Procore and Acumatica. Is this possible?
We are trying to find a way to restrict our project managers access so they can only view the jobs they are managing. Right now the only solution proposed is to create a security group, and then name it as that project manager, and whenever a job is set up go to the group and individually add access to that job being set up (in addition to having them listed as the project manager in the project manager field at the job level). We found this solution very frustrating given that we fill out the project manager field on each job already during job set up. Are we missing a better solution?
Hello Acumatica Users :)As it relates to AP automation, do any of you know if there is an auto acquire of images from email into Accounts Payable with templates in Acumatica? Also, I am wondering if anyone figured out how to get the AP invoice images to pop up on another screen.
