After upgrading to 2023 R2, our Subcontract Audit report now adds Debit Adjustments to Paid to Date totals in addition to reducing Billed to Date total. Therefore, outstanding balance calculates incorrectly because it’s duplicating the reductions. Our implementation partner does not know when this will be fixed and is asking us to pay for them to modify the report. I don’t think we should be paying for something that was incorrectly programmed by the developers.
Has anyone had the same issue? Were you able to fix it without paying a third party? If you did, would you be willing to share the fix?
