Hi All,We are trying to create an attribute using the Selector control type for the BOX ID field on the Boxes screen. We know the Box ID field lives on CSBox DAC, however, when we select CSBox as a Schema Object, Box ID does not show as an available schema field to choose. We are on 25R2 and have created a selector attribute before, any thoughts on why box Id field does not show? Anything special with this DAC or field? Thanks!

Hi AllI’ve noticed that since upgrading to 25R1, everytime I look at an audit history there are a mismatch in the times. The summary section at the top will show the correct time for my timezone and the detail section will show the UTC time (I am in a UTC -4 timezone). Has anyone else experinced this and is there a way to have this corrected, please?See screenshot below for reference.ThanksAmitSummary section show correct time to match timezone (UTC-4), detail section shows UTC Time

Hello, I have added a barcode to Worksheet Picklists to show the barcode for the lot/serial number. However, this is viable even if there is no lot/serial number for the line item (although this barcode is not usable). I saw on another post to set the value under the Visible Expr in report designer, but I am failing to write the correct expression. Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this?

the date contained in the rate table.  When taking this date in consideration; is this looking at the transaction date (date from timecard) or the system date like here 3/3/2026.   I created rate table with effective date 2/2/2026 and in our test system when I posted timecards with dates prior to 2/2---1/1,½,1/3 etc. it still applied the new rate.  There wasn’t a preexisting rate either.

Hello, I am requesting assistance on an AP issue that is currently preventing us from closing the month. For background, we recently transitioned from our old accounting software to Acumatica. During the migration phase, I processed several checks outside of the old accounting system. I tracked paid invoices manually in Excel and issued checks accordingly. Once we fully transitioned into Acumatica, I began entering backlog payables, clearing checks, and processing current activity. During this process, I inadvertently issued a check to a vendor for an invoice that had already been paid during the migration period. In January, we received a refund check from the vendor indicating that the December payment was a duplicate. The original invoice was paid in November, and the duplicate payment was processed in December. The November invoice and check have already been properly cleared. My question is: what is the correct way to clear the duplicate check in Acumatica without inflating the ven

Hi, i need help to set up company with 3 subsidiaries in 3 different countries. Therefore we will need 4 different base currencies, but 1 consolidated base currency for the group (USD). The 3 subsidiaries must also be able to report in their local base currency on day to day operations, including local taxes.

I want to raise the question here. Can we run npm build in local development in folder FrontendSources and add build file to production? Like this How can we include the build file to my customization ui file. Because when I browse from file or moder ui file I cannot see it. But in file I can see development file in screen folders. Please guide me.

In the Classic screen, I use an action to highlight (change the row color of) records in the grid based on the value of the UsrFRCanShip field. When I click the action, the row colors update as expected (see the screenshot below).   After migrating the screen using the conversion tools:  The screen loads correctly in Modern UI, but the action no longer applies the row coloring in the grid.  Could you please advise how to implement this grid row coloring behavior in Modern UI?

in which module (construction, finance, AP, System Mgmt) can find the permission to grant user the ability to change the system date ---the 3/3/2026 below

We have a few blends of product that need to sit in the tank overnight to finish processing.  Our shift is M-TH 6:00am - 4:30pm.  The tank (machine) shows the same schedule, but we have machine time on the BOM as 16 hours.  The APS module is scheduling it over 2 - 3 days depending on the start time.  Our employees do not need to be present for the processing to take place once ingredients are placed in the tank.  If I change the machine shift to 24/7, it still will not calculate appropriately.  If I change the work center to have the 24/7 shift, it schedules around the clock.  I have tried to use queue time and finish time as well, but they are not yielding appropriate results either.  Essentially, I need 1-2 hours of shift time and the remaining is processing time overnight, then the tank can be emptied the following morning, cleaned and reused.  Is it possible to replicate this scenario on a BOM & in the APS module?

Hi everyone,I am implementing custom row highlighting in Acumatica 25R2 Modern UI for the Process Orders (SO501000) screen. I am using CustomEventType.GetRowCss to apply different background colors based on a custom field UsrFRCanShip (Red for No, Green for Yes, Yellow for Partial). The issue: While the colors apply correctly to most rows, the currently selected or focused row (the one with the > indicator) loses the custom color and shows the default light-blue selection style of the Modern UI.I have tried using !important in my CSS, but the platform's internal selection styles seem to have higher specificity or are applied to a layer that overrides the td background-color during the "Active" or "Selected" state.TypeScript (SO501000.ts):@handleEvent(CustomEventType.GetRowCss, { view: "Orders" })getOrdersRowCss(args: any) {    const row = args?.selector?.row;    this._injectStyles();    if (!row) return '';    const val = row.UsrFRCanShip?.value;    if (val === 'N' || val === 'No') r

I can see the “+” symbol but it’s disabled which doesn’t make sense since I added the Mode (AllowAddNew).  I can add rows in SQL and they show up fine but I can’t edit the values or add new rows in the new customized screen.Question: do I need to create an Action bar to create rows or edit existing rows?I defined my HTML like this…<%@ Page Language="C#" MasterPageFile="~/MasterPages/ListView.master" AutoEventWireup="true" ValidateRequest="false" CodeFile="IN400628.aspx.cs" Inherits="Page_IN400628" Title="Untitled Page" %><%@ MasterType VirtualPath="~/MasterPages/ListView.master" %><asp:Content ID="cont1" ContentPlaceHolderID="phDS" Runat="Server">    <px:PXDataSource SkinID="Primary" ID="ds" runat="server" Visible="True" Width="100%"        TypeName="updateInventory.INItemClassRulesSetupMaint" PrimaryView="Records"         >        <CallbackCommands>            <px:PXDSCallbackCommand Name="Save" CommitChanges="True" ></px:PXDSCallbackCommand>

Hi everyone, I need to find or create a report that shows me the AP Vendors banking information, Bank Account and Routing Numbers. I’m struggling to add those “fields” to an existing GI we have. Hi All,We are trying to enable the audit history on the Sales prices screen AR202000.  We have it configured but when opening the audit history from the screen’s tools menu, nothing happens visually but when trying to navigate after, the site is slow and unresponsive until you close the browser window and reopen.  Does anyone have any insight as to what the issue might be?

Hi everyone,I’m now trying to do some modifications to the original screen without directly change it. I have defined a lot actions in the Graph ext, and I can see those actions if I choose to directly add the action definition in original ts file, but I need to keep those changes separately for further update. I tried to declare a new export class in an extension ts file and let it extends from the origin export class, but it did not work and I just can not see the action button here. Please let know if my idea is feasible or not? If it is feasible, how should I correct my code ? Screenshots about my current Code:Original Grid setting(Shipment Package):If I add my action on above class, it will shows in the Grid toolbar as expected:But if I choose to add my action in a new extension ts file in the extension folder of this screen like below, this button will not show up:

Hello!  We recently went live with Acumatica and are using the Acumatica Payments.  The embedded help information says that for a payment link to be automatically sent with an invoice a Processing Center must be selected.  - First screenshot I can’t find a way to default this processing center to ACuPay (or something that’s not blank).  Is there a way to do this or does our Billing Specialist have to populate this for each invoice?  - Second screenshot

Hello all, we have a client that currently heavily deals with kits within kits. Is this something that Acumatica can handle without modifying it?

Hello all,Does anyone know why a report would be missing from our menu even though it is in the site map AND I can access it with report designer? See below.

Hi,I have a situation regarding the release sequence of pro forma invoices and would appreciate some clarification. Here is the scenario: Pro Forma 1: Large lump-sum amount(Progressive) (still pending client acceptance) Pro Forma 2: Extra work (T&M) currently under discussion with the client Pro Forma 3: Large extra T&M amount that has just been accepted by the client Pro Forma 4: Newly created All of them are currently on Hold.Since Pro Forma 3 has now been approved by the client, I would like to release it so we can proceed with invoicing. However, Pro Forma 1 and 2 are still under discussion and cannot be released yet.Is it mandatory to release pro forma invoices strictly in the order they were created? If so, what would be the recommended approach in this type of situation where earlier pro formas are still pending client approval but a later one is ready to bill?Thank you for your guidance.
