The business date is the date that appears by default on Acumatica ERP forms and on records that you create by using the forms.
By default, all users can change the business date in the system. If the Secure Business Date feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form, only users with the BusinessDateOverride role assigned to them can change the business date. You can change the business date, as described in this topic, if one of the following is true:
- The Secure Business Date feature is disabled.
- The feature is enabled, and the BusinessDateOverride role is assigned to you.

I would be cautious with giving this system wide however.
A feature that restricts the ability to change the business date, so that this task cannot be performed by all users in the system. To permit the change of the business date for specific users, you assign the
BusinessDateOverride
role to these users. For more information about restricting the ability to change the date, see User Roles: Restrictions on Changing the Business Date.
Kandy it’s enabled, the question is more so role based. Which role has that ability and where do I find the setting?
