Hi everyone, I have an issue with creating a popup panel in Modern UI.Below I have attached everything related to this popup. public PXSelect<BZSPFilter> BZSalespersonsDialog; #endregion #region Buttons #region BZViewSalespersons public PXAction<Table> BZViewSalespersons; [PXButton(CommitChanges = true, DisplayOnMainToolbar = false)] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Salespersons", Enabled = true)] public void bZViewSalespersons() { if (Base.Views[CurrentViewName()].Cache.Current != null) { Base.Views[CurrentViewName()].RequestRefresh(); BZSalespersonsDialog.View.AskExt(true); } } #endregion #region UsrBZSalesperson1 public abstract class usrBZSalesperson1 : BqlInt.Field<usrBZSalesperson1> { } [SalesPerson] [PXUIField(DisplayName = BZFieldNames.SP1)] [PXFormula(typeof(Default<ARInvoice.customerID>)

I am trying to create a GI that lists invoices that need to be printed or emailed to the customer.  The list should be any invoice that doesn’t have the printed or emailed or don’t email button checked.  Basically if any of those are true then it should be pulling them on the inquiry. As you can see below, its still pulling invoices where those columns are checked. It should only be pulling invoices where none of the 3 columns for printed, emailed or don’t email are checked. Its completely ignoring all of the conditions in the last paratheses.  Where am I going wrong with the logic/format on this?

Hi Everyone,I am trying to add a side panel that will list the details lines of the selected PO in the Commitment Tab of the Project screen, Could anyone have a clue on how to do that?

Hi, I am working on customization request to add a GI on Service Order Screen where GI parameter is the inventory ID from Service Order Detail tab. I am having problem in mapping the Inventory ID to side panel customization project . The client wants to see the GI ( parameter is Inventory ID) as side pane when they select the row on the Detail tab of the Service Order. So the selection of the row will feed the Inventory Id info to the GI parameter to display the list of info available on the GI related to that Inventory ID.See attached for detail. It will be great help if you can share any info to make it possible via “Customization Project Editor” or via code?

For a stock item part on the appointment screen, system does not allow using Estimate or Actual quantity that is higher than the quantity on the service order line.I remember seeing the same issue in previous versions but then it was resolved. I now see it again in 2025R2 - Build 25.201.0213.1.Anyone else coming across this and have any ideas how to get around this limitation? Field techs can certainly use more quantity on an appointment than planned on a service order.

The owner is subject to the S Corp rules for the Greater than 2% shareholder rule. Therefore the company pays 100% of her premium expenses for health, dental, vision, etc.  We have tracked these amounts for the year, and now need to add these to wages as taxable income subject to FICA but not withholding. How do we do that? Is it done through an adjustment?

Hello,I’m trying to create Payment Amount in a Positive Pay CSV file padded on the left to include 11 total characters like this example: I’ve tried several formulas:=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),10,'0')=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),10.2,'0')=PadLeft(CStr(Round([APPayment.OrigDocAmt],2)),10,'0')=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),12,'0')The above formulas produce results that are padded at the left but include 2 extra digits on the right.I thought Acumatica might be using Price/Cost Decimal Places field in Miscellaneous Settings section of Companies screen to set Decimal Places to 4…. however when I temporarily changed this setting from 4 to 2, it made no difference in my Positive Pay GI.  Thank you in advance for your help!Laura

Hello good afternoon communityI am importing customers and vendors through the import scenario, there are approximately 16,000 customers and about 4,000 vendors, many of them are customer/vendor at the same time.When I do this I get an error saying that I cannot have the same customer and vendor ID during the import. These customers/vendors have the same ID. since they are the same.Is there a configuration that allows it? Is there a way to import them by import scenario? because there are about 950 customers/vendors that exist with this condition. I hope you can help me since it is impossible to create them one by one manually.I am driving Acumatica version 2023R2I look forward to your help and thank you in advance.Vanessa.

I’ve come across an issue and want to confirm if I’m missing something in the configuration, or if I’ve found a bug in how Matrix Item creation handles segmented key separators for the new Inventory IDs.As far as I can see, this should be possible but I’m seeing strange behaviour when creating the Matrix Items. The end goal is a 2 segment Inventory ID, that correctly creates Matrix Items with valid Inventory IDs.(The reason I need 2 segments is because the first segment will be Auto-Numbered. I’ve been able to replicate the issue both with and without auto-numbering, so for simplicity I’ll detail below without auto-numbering applied) Expected BehaviourManually created, standalone Stock Items, Non-Stock Items and Template Items, should be created with the first segment populated, and the second segment left blank. Matrix Items should be generated from the Template Item, with the Template ID as the first segment, and the Attribute Value as the second segment. ExampleSegmented KeyInventor

<ClientEvents TabChanging="refreshGrid" /><px:PXJavaScript runat="server" ID="CstJavaScript23" Script="function refreshGrid(){ var custGridTotal = document.getElementById("ctl00_phG_tab_t6_CstFormView8"); if(custGridTotal != null && custGridTotal != undefined){ custGridTotal.object.refresh(); console.log("custGridTotal"); } }" IsStartupScript="True" />I want to convert my JavaScript code to Modern UI TypeScript code. How can I do it? I cannot find any documentation about it. I found @handleEvent in TypeScript, but it does not have TabChanging or many other events that exist in the JavaScript client-side.

In Customer Profile under Balance would like to add a new field for Open Invoices. This field would display the sum of the Current Balance for all Invoices with an Open Status associated with the particular customer. Need help creating the customization.The issue we are having is that Prepayments are included in the Balance the Customer owes. If a Customer has open Invoices totaling $1000 but they have a Prepayment of $200 for future work their balance displays $800 and this balance is what our employees see and what shows on the Customer Statement. Customers end up paying less than what they owe.

Hi  all,In our Acumatica environment, numeric values are displayed with trailing zeros in many transactions. For example: 10.12000 10.00000 10.45785 Expected display: 10.12000 → 10.12 10.00000 → 10 10.45785 → 10.45785 (should remain the same) Our requirement is to remove unnecessary trailing zeros across the system (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, AR/AP transactions, Generic Inquiries, and reports) without modifying each screen individually.We have already checked: Decimal Precision settings in companies master screen Is there a way to configure this globally in Acumatica, or would this require customization?

Hello Acumatica team,How can the missing text in the Shipping tab be added in the Modern UI using a screen extension?

Hello everyone,Customer-based discount codes work for the customer, and a discount percentage rate remains in place even if the order volume changes: The problem is manual discounts -> if you change the percentage, it is linked to the amount and not to the discount rate -> if you add or remove items with manual discounts in Sales Orders, the discount rate also changes, even though it should remain the same: The discount rate should be fixed and not flexible and dependent on the amount.The customer works a lot with manual and flexible discounts, but wants to prevent the discount percentage rate from changing when the order is adjusted. We have not found a solution here for how to set spontaneous discounts. Do you have a solution?Example:SO and the product costs are 12,00 per unit. I add an manual Discount of 10%: I change the Unit Price from 12,00 to 20,00. Now the Discount % changes automatically and thats what i dont want (same effect applies when items are added or removed and

Has anyone tried scanning business cards in Acumatica using HubSpot integration?

We’re experiencing ongoing issues when logging emails from Outlook to Acumatica using the Outlook Plug-In for the Modern UI. I wanted to share details to see whether others are encountering similar behavior and if there are known fixes, best practices, or upcoming improvements.Record Visibility Issues When attempting to link an email to an existing Case, Opportunity, or Project, the case often does not appear in the selection list after choosing a Contact or Business Account. Opportunities do not consistently appear when searching or filtering, making it difficult to associate emails with the correct record. Often you must search the Opportunity Name or # to find it. In some scenarios, opportunities only appear after clearing filters or using very specific search behavior, which feels inconsistent. When linking an email to a Contact only, the activity appears solely under the Contact’s Activities. In prior versions, this activity was also visible under the related Business Accoun

Does anyone have a solution on how we can copy user-defined fields values across these screens when we create a shipment from a sales order and an invoice from the shipment?

Could someone please help in providing a solution of moving the UDF from PO into AP Invoice?I am new to developing in acumatica. I have created the user defined fields in POLine and APTran.While reviewing the source of APInvoiceEntry, I looked at overriding the method CopyCustomizationFieldsToAPTran.Code I added is below.public void CopyCustomizationFieldsToAPTran(APTran apTranToFill, IAPTranSource poSourceLine, Boolean areCurrenciesSame, CopyCustomizationFieldsToAPTranDelegate baseMethod)    {        baseMethod(apTranToFill,poSourceLine,areCurrenciesSame);      var portID = poSourceLine.GetExtension<POLineExt>()?.UsrPortID;      var tranline = apTranToFill?.GetExtension<APTranExt>()?.UsrPortID;                     if (tranline != null && portID != null ) tranline.UsrPortID = portID;    }I am getting validation errors when I try to publish.error CS1929: 'IAPTranSource' does not contain a definition for 'GetExtension' and the best extension method overload 'PXCacheEx

I have some user-defined fields in the SOOrder form, when I convert that SO to the Shipment I want that fields to move to the Shipment form. How can I achieve this via customization.

I investigated, and this message is written in IN/Descriptor. It’s called AccumulatorAttribute only in this attribute. I don’t understand where this attribute is applied that uses this exception code. I suppose it is in ARTranUpdate DAC and also in several other DACs. If that’s the case, can I override this attribute? Is there a way in Acumatica to change a DAC attribute?[PXHidden][Accumulator(BqlTable = typeof(AR.ARTran))]public class ARTranUpdate : PXBqlTable, IBqlTable{}I tried using an Interceptor, but it doesn’t override the existing DAC; it only adds a new DAC.Base.Caches[typeof(ARTranUpdate)].Interceptor = new BZAccumulatorAttribute();

Hello everyone, Is there any way to use an assign Map to vendor bills object ?I am trying to set restricted user visibility base on who is the bill’s owner.The system set the creator as owner but I need to use more specific rules to assign owner to the bill (for exemple : the manager of the project in the transaction ‘s bill, the PO owner, etc.). There is an approval map but it doesn’t populate le owner field. Thank for your help !C.

When adding a new custom feature switch i get an error when changing another feature due to the null value in the new feature switch field. How can i prevent this?[PXDefault(false, PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)] doesn’t help here!
