Hi @kapilc79 ,
Groups customers for applying specific pricing rules.

  • Define a Customer Price Class and assign it to customers in their profiles.
  • When creating sales prices, you can specify prices for a specific customer price class.

    Example:

  • You create a sales price rule:
    • Inventory Price Class: Electronics.
    • Customer Price Class: Wholesale.
    • Price: $90/unit.
  • Result:
    • All customers in the Wholesale customer price class get the $90/unit price for items in the Electronics inventory price class.

Price class displays prices specific to that particular class. when we create a sales price list for customer, we can assign the price class. This means that when a customer belongs to a specific price class, they will see the prices defined for that class. Below are some helpful articles about Sales price lists and Price classes

I cannot see anywhere how the Item Price class is used in the Sales Price screen.  For example, I have 3 stock items that has the same Item Price Class.  To create the Sales Price, you have to enter all 3 stock items with the same item price class in the sales price.

The Item price class only appears as a filter in sales prices.  I have a client that is not using item matrix and adds items as separate skus.  Eg. T-shirt with separate colours but all have the same price.  I was hoping to use Item Price Class Eg. Size L, Size M and Size S.  All skus with the same price class will have the same sales price.

To set this up, I cannot see how the Item Price Class is entered.  It seems that you can only enter the Customer Price Class and the individual skus.

The above example says you can have the item price class but it doesn’t seem to indicate how.

TIA.  Cheers

Frank
